The whole treatment process is great. Friendly Drs & nurses :)), also not to mention the customer service during waiting time + Customer can ask for some lil snacks and hot drinks. To add on, Dr Ariani is great at explaining the procedure for any further eye treatment recommended. Totally will be coming here again ✨. Harini 5 March 2024, saya buat flapless, the procedure was simple and the flow was smooth. No pain at all. As for the time, it only took like 10 mins +. It was a very great experience. Here because I intend to correct my vision. Before the procedure is done the staff did a thorough check of my eyes. Alhamdulillah am compatible for the flapless-s procedure. Will be doing the procedure in a couple of days. Staff here were attentive and accommodating. 10/10

Alhamdulillah, I would love to say without a doubt that my treatment at Ikonik Eye Specialist & General Health Centre (IESGHC) was that of highest satisfaction. The sense of safety and professionalism provided by Dr Noor Aniah Azmi, the Consultant
Ophthalmologist, and her team couldn't be measured. Even during post-treatment, with the slight pain I had after the surgery, Dr Aniah was able to provide ample amounts of additional invaluable help and advises throughout my healing process. Thank you a thousand times!

I would also like to extend my gratitude towards the staffs of IESGHC , whom were welcoming from start to finish. Additional services that I've never seen from any other clinics were the provision of 1st class kind-like airline cabin crew, attentive services to make patients comfortable while waiting their turn, offering proper free flows snacks and drinks (refreshment), free of charge upon my arrival.

A lack of better words, it was indeed a pleasurable and worthwhile visit. So highly professional. Thank you once again Ikonik Centre (IESGHC) for giving me second chance of having improved better eyesight.

Decent place, even got staff that talk to you while waiting to ensure you’re waiting time is sensible. A tea lady that around to always asking if we would like to have a drink and a toast - wonderful isn’t it 😅….
From the moment we entered the place and through out the process of check ups with the nurse, eye spa all the way meeting Prof Muhaya in which we decided to do the flapless surgery to my wife on the same day. It was a breeze!

Today experience was so good. Service from every staff are very good, kind and so helpful. Even all the rest has been made very carefully and also Prof Muhaya very kind and supportive to their patients. On 09/03/2024, I have done the Surgery and alhamdulillah everything is going well and i can see very clear after the surgery.

Saw their ads on Facebook. Easy to make appt on FB. Staff here was courteous and friendly. Doctor Punitha was clear in her explanation.
Only downside long waiting time to see the doctor after doing all test.

It’s been a really comprehensive eye test. Makes the patients very comfortable and relaxed. The staff are really friendly, and explained everything in detail. We were also offered complimentary drinks and sandwiches. Excellent service.

5 star. The staff very kind and always asked for drinks and food. First entry the clinic so smell good. I love the smell make me so comfortable and meditating.

Smooth registration process. All staff are friendly and kind. They explain to tou very detail. While waiting for your turn, simple breakfast were provided and nice surrounding also 👍💯
