It's superb... Family not available but staff was so kind to let us have 2 rooms and next to each other, it was considered last minute booking, we managed to settle the kiddos with no cranky, mamak shop just behind. It's a nice good hotel for a transit.

The check in counter is not practical at all. At least put some kind of a sign??? But the rooms are all good.

Great value for money. Very spacious and clean rooms. The WiFi runs super fast and the staff is really friendly. Super close to the airport so worth taking a taxi.

I stay here for almost two month during my outstation nearby KLIA (april_june 2019). It was a very nice accommodation with easy access to nearest restaurants, KIP Mall, Speedmart, Affin Bank & Petrol Station. The Receptionist/ Sales Representative (Marwan & Era) is very friendly, helpful & humble. Thumbs up with both hands for them! I promised to come again during my next task around KL.

Fantastic place. Clean, not tiny, and friendly service. Have a great shuttle service (extra charge) to and from the airport at all hours.
