Relatively new township developed by Mahsing located just beside North-South Highway near to Kajang closed to Kajang/Bangi.
It is located on a hill and very easy to be accessed from highway (and easy to spot it from highway, so hardly you will miss the turn).
More and more shops had been opened, (eg KFC, Mr DIY, Mynews, etc) and the population had been growing.
Overall it is a good township to stay that not too far from Kuala Lumpur city.

i’m impressive with Mah Sing biggest township development at Klang Valley. Over 100 units retail shops within the township.

KFC, Subway, Chatime, Tealive, Mercearia Grocer, Mr DIY, 99 Speedmart, 7-Eleven, Q-Dees, Greenview Islamic International School, Clinics etc.

A new township which still under development. A great place to stay surrounding with greenery and easy access to PLUS expressway. Been staying here for 2+ years since it open. can see more and more shops opened here, and ATM also available in 7Eleven.

It has its own exit from the highway - Southville.

Still not fully accommodated. But the area has been occupied with a lot of shops - furniture, wet market, restaurant oh oh they have Mykori there as well.

Excellent township to stay. Suitable for all types of families settings, because it is a complete township with necessary facilities, amnesties, shops, education hubs & extremely nearby government offices in Putrajaya. Will consider to buy the condo there....

Well developing area

One of the biggest project run by Mah Sing Group.. Nice place to stay..a lot of amenities here..clinics, self service dobby, restaurant, Business centre, groceries and many more..Exit Southville of Plus Highway and this township located around 500 meter from the Southville Toll Plaza😄😄

Currently living in an expensive serviced apartment in Kl but nothing can beat Savanna. The surrounding, the shops, the serenity.. Worth traveling back and forth everyday to Kl before. Missing Savanna so much!
