Small cozy cafe but with good food and drinks.

The carbonara tasted great and the poached egg they topped it off with was perfect. They were generous with the meat that was in the pasta.

Had jasmine tea and because it came in the pot they provided hot water refill.

Only downside is that the space is a bit small, so if you come during a peak period you might have to wait a bit. But other than that it was a great dining experience.

Very value for money! The ribs were tender and light. Perfect amount of sauce such that the pork is not overwhelmed. The Mac and cheese is also very light and stays moist after a while(does not go mushy and hard). That’s good Mac! The pasta was very fragrant and well seasoned. Complex and rustic dish. Overall food is super value for money.

The early grey tea is super flavourful as well.

Service is on the slower side. However with zero service charge I would say it’s not a problem at all.

The atmosphere is nice and cosy. Music is not too loud.

Overall 5* all around in all aspects!

Dropped by on a lazy Sunday afternoon. When to Google and find this wallet friendly place near to our home and decided to give it a try. Good spread of all day breakfast though we didn’t order any. Food and drinks are reasonably priced without service charge. Nowadays places without service charge are difficult to come by. Oh this place collect GST though. Ordered the salted caramel waffle with sea salt ice cream. Worth every penny. Do give it a try when you are here.

We visited on Monday early evening and were greeted by the service staff. It was our first visit and we ordered the spaghetti carbonara and salted caramel waffle with the choice of earl grey ice cream and the fuel iced tea. The spaghetti was good and the bacon definately added flavour to it. The waffle was airy however the earl grey ice cream was lack of the earl grey aromatic scent and was very milky.The fuel iced tea had fresh orange slices infused in the tea was so refreshing. The cafe was rather warm and definately more fans for ventilation.Tables were arranged quite tightly so it was not ideal for chilling.Service crew was friendly.keep it up.

The price is perfect, the portions are decent and very tasteful. The service is quick but the waiters are polite. It’s a no fuss place that focus on food quality.

this is my second time coming back to refuel and i’m looking forward to my next. highly recommend refuel for their excellent food and quick service. my favourite item on their menu is their milkshakes, particularly the nutella one. it’s hard to find good milkshakes in singapore and i have craved their milkshakes since the first time i came. tried their nutella and banana waffle this time as well and was not disappointed. 10/10 would recommend.

Refuel Cafe is my go-to place whenever I feel like having brunch.
Always a queue when I come here but the waiting time is quite reasonable.
Staff here is really friendly while there is no service charge.

Ordered meat balls bolognese pasta and Bro-cauli mentaiko mash from grab food. The pasta is good and the baked cauliflowers with mashed potatoes is amazing!

It's my favorite neighborhood cafe with reasonable price, quality, and yummy food. Our favorite foods are pancakes and fruit, salmon time and Bacon oglio & Carbonara. Hot latte and fresh orange juice are lovely as well. They don't apply service charge, so it a self-service cafe, however, they will serve your order right to your table. Staffs are attentive and effective. This cafe is often queuing (moreover during weekend/holiday) as this cafe is near to Bedok reservoir park; the most beautiful scenery and place for exercise.

Have always loved the coffee and service here. A great brunch hangout in the heartland.
Had the scrambled eggs and mushroom on toast, with add-on smoked salmon.
Eggs were done very well.

Decent waffles and coffee; a good place if you want to go to a cafe in the east but not travel to the usual cafe areas eg katong/east coast

The best cafe I been too. This cafe pricing is reasonable and the portion is big. The food is very good. You have to try the honey ribs . Their desserts is nice . I like the passion fruit cake

The food was great. We had the Fuel Me Up, and waffle with sausage. Both were decent and well portioned. We also had the peanut milkshake and iced dirty coffee, the peanut milkshake were particularly enjoyable, not too sweet and has little bits of peanut in the blend.

Prices were reasonable. No service charge. For the 4 items ordered, it costs only $42.30.

Immediately got seated when I arrived at 1pm on a weekday. Food was served promptly (slightly above 10mins wait). Service was good.🙂👍

We had the Fuel Me Up and the Miss-O Salmon. The baked eggs were nice, wasn’t too sour and the meatballs were quite well marinated. Could have done with one more piece of toast as there was quite a lot of gravy. Miss-O Salmon was nice too, good mix of mushrooms, vegetables as well. However, it didn’t taste exactly like miso. Ambience was ok, food service was quite fast, although we had to wait about 30min to get a table at about 2pm on a Saturday.

We came down to have our dinner and the kids love the foods here. The foods are great. We ordered 2 Salmon Mac & Cheese for the kids, Honey Lemon Chicken, Miss-O Salmon and Maple Wings. Drinks are Ice Chocolate, Ice Orange Mint Tea, Oreo Milkshake and Caramel Latte. The drinks are good too. Never regret coming down for their foods and drinks!! ☺☺👍🏾👍🏾 Their foods definitely worth coming down!!

Has been here a few time with my family. Serve nice brunch. Their BBQ Pulled Pork is very juicy and tasty. Waffle is light and fluffy. Can try their Porky Egg Waffle, Refuel Pancake. Quite generous portion.

A neighborhood breakfast restaurant that’s just as good as any that in the CBD area but at half the price. Tucked away near Bedok Reservoir, this place has good coffee and great food options. Although they are know for their breakfast menu, they have yummy options for sandwiches and pasta and other options. If you find yourself in this area, come visit, you won’t be disappointed

This is a nice little Western restaurant that made their dishes with pride. The place is always crowded.

The food are well prepared and presented. Beautiful on the plate and delicious on the palate. Had their BBQ ribs. salmon sticks and chicken drumstick. All very good, at reasonable prices.

Good place to wind down and enjoy beautiful food.

Five years later and this is still one of my favourite cafes. A little on the pricey side but the food is super good and worth the waiting time. Love this hidden gem!

Staff are super friendly and attentive. Food is also pretty decent for the price. Had the truffle mushroom toast and the baked chicken stew. Seating is quite packed though, so you will be dining in close proximity to other diners. Not ideal for quiet conversations!
