This 7-Eleven store located near the awana station @SkyAvenue, here we can get all daily needs, snacks, grab to go food and drinks, sim card, and any personal needs. But the price here a little bit expensive from KL, but still ok for the meals compared to other stores at SkyAvenue. The staff was helpful and very polite even they never smiling.

Small but clean.

Convenient store for budget travellers.. compare to other places, food price here is insane expensive..

Near to Awana Skyway

The staff for this outlet are not well trained to handle customer/tourist from all over the world. The cashier is not attentive, keep talking to other staff, not focus, can't fully understand English or Bahasa. The walkway in the outlet is narrow, crammed with shelves and cooler boxes. Situation will get worse when there is a queue. Just don't know where to stand. The low rating is justified, hence lower your expectation when patronising the outlet.

7-11 at Genting Highlands is a little expensive than on ground.
Foods, drinks and anything we need almost the same as on the ground.
But this 7-11 is small. If during peak season (usually holiday) always full and very hard to move compared to other convenience stores in Genting Highlands.
If you need everything fast during peak season, go for other convenience store and buy what you need. Nearly similar to what's available at 7-11. But you won't get Slurpee at other convenience store.

Be wary of dishonest cashiers and be aware of the price of the item you purchased and the cashier's change.

Horrible 7/11
Machines aren’t maintained. I ordered hot chocolate and there was no chocolate taste at all. It was just hot milk will lil leftover chocolate

Very rude staff. This is a tourist place so, it’s either you learn your English and understand that if you advertised that you accept Visa (payWave), unless your machine is broken, you cannot force your customer to pay in cash. What a disgrace!

We went back 1 min later to get the Butterfingers as they were on offer.. but the staff saw it was rm2. So he took all. When we asked if he was taking all, he just smiled, and didn’t offer any to the customer. They definitely deserve their lousy rating.

Yesterday i come to you outlet , and i buy some hot food , freid rice sausage. I pay , and you cashier counter never give me receipt,and also the rest of my balance . Can you cheack with you staff cashier. Yesterday I come arround 10 o’clock in evening . And also with out cheack about the MySejahtera, and sosial distance in you outlet .. please cheack with you staff. Thank you

1.No greeting.
2.ZERO attitude.
3.Take money with left hand(Rude).
4.Didn't have manners when talk to customer.
5.Not focus on customer but bz chatting between them(co-worker)
I go there on 12 April night shift..the tall one give us the information bout the discount and whatsoever..but the short one,From number 1 until 5 is about him..THE WORST 7E i ever go

The foods are not fresh and awful. Very bad.

Bad service, keep asking small change, how can people come Genting with all small note?
