FamilyMart Sky Avenue

First time trying the onden at FamilyMart and it’s life changing for me. It hits different when you are in the outdoors bracing the cold wind and foggy situation.

Super spicy 🌶 but so addictive!!!

Anyway I wanted a snack but hand an entire meal here including a soft serve after my onden.

I came here order oden at 10.30am, the staff were friendly and all of the varieties oden they have.

It is hard to find the place. It is located below cinema floor ( Family Mart at G floor).

Drop by for ice cream!

This shop is located at Skyway Genting Highland. Its Shopkeepers seem need much smile .. 😁

Staff closed one of the counter, I ask the staff no to que in the store to pay outside the mart because im holding a baby and infant daughter. But the staff refuse to help. Really disappointed with that attitude of the staff. suddenly I take the pic one of the staff open that closed counter. So rude!

Management shd be considering to give cup holder for a those coffee or milk tea buyer. I ordered 3 cups of coffee yet do not provide cup holder, asking for plastic bag said need to charge. Hi management, can u teach me how to carry 3cups of coffee and a bottle of betagen without holder??????

The attitude of the 'non-male and non-female' shop assistants with birthmarks on their faces was very bad!Ignored and slandered the customers even though they had already arrived first, forcing them to queue up again! And the grudge customer pointed out her mistake! Every time I come back, I don't provide payment service keep stays be stupid! This is a typical psychopathic behavior of being ugly!

I hope I can give 0 star . I’m been visit this outlet many times , overall staff is friendly and helpful. But today I quite disappointed on 1 MALAY STAFF service. I’m wish to purchase Oden as my lunch , when I queue there , the staff tell me only original available now . Then I’m okay with it and he ask me wait a moment coz he transferring the Tom Yum Oden. However I been stand there for 5mins and wait for nothing.
I ask the staff is ready to serve me ? Coz I have meeting soon , what the staff answer me is : then u no need to buy la , buy it after ur meeting!
I’m question mark ❓❓ since ur original oden is ready to sell and ur customer is waiting , why not u serve ur customer 1st
U let ur customer waiting and wait for nothing then chase ur customer away ? This kind of service is really cannot accepted.

All i can say, it's the most lousy family mart on the entire Malaysia.. Doesn't have this and that.. No chocolate ice cream, a few kind of soft drinks Only, even an basic lighter they also dun have!? What for open the shop.. Mind as well you close down Let other shop take over..

Zero star if can, arrogant Malay lady staff, very rude. Not recommended at all, does work slow as turtle. Pretending to be deaf also, worst family mart store i've ever visited

Buying fried rice pack & omurice here, request to preheat back as it cold already..but cashier didn't want to as they said it closed..come on, just simple & small kind gesture mean no harm..sadly eating both in cold

Such a rude Malay lady... Ordered a latte twice with her.. And she refuse to sell.. Informing that they only sell coffee with ice.

The cashier (malay girl wearing glasses ) her services is ridiculously not friendly... !! It's a rude service!!! more respect is need for customers!

Even though another customer skip the line. The staff still ignore it.

Waited in que for almost 30 mins. Cashier only 1 person.

i am having a hard time figure out why it is closing at 7pm and not opened even its 9 in the morning.
