ZUS Coffee - Genting 1 (First World)

Very friendly and attentive counter staff. The coffee was great and indeed a great experience in this outlet. Gave me free coOL stickers too !

Staff are very friendly. Coffee is fragrant. A lot of tables and seats to sit and chill.

Got a suitable drink for kids that was very nice flavor.... staff suggestions was very good

The staff here more professional ( explained to me in detail normal coffee and special coffee). As compared to Starbucks 1st world ( very messy, didn't prepare my drink until I came to ask for it).

The place is nice. Also for the coffee. I very like spanish latte and caramel machiato its very nice to me.

I que for more 10min and atira make dont know even im imfront here and do salty face.. very rude dan bad attitude staff.. zus pls train ur staff..

We order through app and pick up ourself, the ice cream serve quite early and starting to melt when collect. We ask whether we could get another new cup to replace but the worker is rude, kick the cabinet and give us a new cup which is just only HALF!!! Fine.. It’s a disappointing & terrible experience.
