Food is still tasty, love all their beverages. Went there around 4-4.30pm kinda busy but the staff and everyone maintain social distancing and SOP strictly. Good experience. I always love to have a meal here

Food was ok haha quite standard, staffs were shorthanded but they try their best. Definitely one of the better old town outlets around

It's a very place to hang out with the love ones and friends. I thought their services were not great but good. I've been to several different branches of old town before which have been located in Ipoh. This OldTown's services are still the best. I hope they could get rid of the flies but flies fly wherever the foods are, so can't complain and also keep the soap in stock.

Passed by this place when we were heading to another place nearby. Saw a special drink in the menu (Roasted Oolong Pandan Milk Tea) and ordered it for takeaway, ordered for a less sweet version too, and personally thinks that the taste of it was really quite special and nice!
