Center Parcs Het Meerdal

This was our first experience at a Center Parcs and it was good. Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend and we could not enjoy any outdoor activities. Our son however enjoyed the indoor play area, the trampolines and the bowling. We went to the waterpark and it was okay. A bit crowded due to it being rainy. But my son enjoyed himself and thats all that matters.

Great stay and super child friendly! I would highly recommend it for young families.

Do note, that some outdoor activities come at an additional cost like using the trampoline, boat ride etc.

The check-in and checkout-out times I think can be adjusted a bit, I understand the need for it, but it can really make a weekend feel short.

The cottage was clean and in good condition which was nice to walk into! Although, we did miss soap to wash your hands and oven mittens. Which were things we didn't think of bringing along.

PS - remember mosquito repellent for the summer time. It is a must.

We had a great week at Center Parcs. The Accommodation was well fitted to a high standard, it would be good to have optional double beds rathe than only singles, but that's standard in The Netherlands.

The Parc itself was great, lots to do both included and at a reasonable supplement. The pool was great, we all loved the rapids, including our 4 year old.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was not a lot nearby, compared to the west coast, but that just meant we had time to enjoy the park.

We found the restaurants were overpriced so only ate out twice, would normal eat 4 or 5 times.

A good day out was Netherlands Open Air Museum, in Arnhem.

We booked a pony cottage and I can only say it was a dream weekend for my daughter, 2 days of caring cleaning and riding, can only recommend this further, super friendly staff

The only annoying thing is that some people (read Germans) park their cars outside the bungalows and Center Parcs do nothing about it. Center Parcs sell this as a car free zone🤷🏻‍♂. Shame on you Center Parcs putting it in your rules and then doing nothing about it!

Lovely park. Nicely laid out with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Spent a week in April 23, the park is a bit dated but was value for money which is why we chose it so can’t complain.. the staff are all very welcoming and extremely helpful! The activities on offer were not all available but what they did have we tried and enjoyed.

Normally we were staying elsewhere. once we came to the Aqua mundo of Het Meerdal. and then we didn't want to get out of here. farm, markt dome, playgrounds are really very nice, clean. You can spend hours. 😍

New idea with a "green watches" instade of keys, really making everything easier! Love the idea. The deers 🦌 walking around, trees and squirrels everywhere, makes you feel closer to nature. Beds ware comfortable, whole house was in really good shape and it was nicely cleaned 👌
The only one thing, really, crazy cold by the pool, i understand that we need to be careful with a electric bills and global warming but we ware seriously freezing there 🥶

Had a wonderful week long stay at the Het Meerdal Centre Parcs. The reception staff was extremely helpful and the facilities were excellent. Overall a relaxing and fun experience.

We loved our holiday here. Wasn’t busy. Great facilities and the staff are super friendly.

Had the 2 person VIP cottage. Very nice. Sauna didn't work st first, we texted the reception number and within an hour someone showed up, fixed it and it worked. Was the fastest response time I've ever seen for anything. House was lovely, park is great, swimming pool is big. Saw deer from our terrace. Was a really nice time.

Loved our 7 day stay in this center park with my wife and our 2 children (2 years and 3 months old).

Yes, food and drinks are extremely expensive. And yes, the quality of the food could be better and the cottages could be a bit cleaner.

On the other side you are in the middle of the woods. You habe all sorts of amusements for the kids. I‘ve never seen my daughter so happy.

The indoor pool is amazing. Our cottage had everything we needed.

Accommodation with 4-evening dinner buffet in this place for around 600€ is as cheap as you can get. The value for the price is extremely high.

I can only recommend this place. And if you decide to come just don‘t expect very high quality. You don‘t pay the price for it. What you should expect though is some big fun with your family.

Just returned from a 7 day holiday at Het Meerdal with our family of 4 (children aged 3,6). Travelled from UK.

House - modern, renovated, clean and spacious for our needs. Included combi oven, gas hob and dishwasher. We stayed in a premium lodge.

Activities - so much for all ages to do and see. Yes, some a little expensive but that's to be expected (it's center parcs) but not overly so. (Holiday lodge so much cheaper than UK center parcs for same season).

Pool - went everyday. Children loved it. Life jackets for less confident swimmers. Great toddler pool.

Staff - went above and beyond the call of duty. Very friendly, polite and helpful. All spoke brilliant fluent English.

Site - wonderful woodland area to explore. Lots of parks and play areas. Beach, lake etc. lovely for bike rides. Nice touches with big hotels and birds boxes, recycling centres.

In summary, brilliant for children and made some fantastic holiday memories. We agreed we would all return and recommend to friends and family.

Working there has been awesome, and meeting families from different countries and cultures make it a Haven for all

Nice place for family. My son 3 years old he is very enjoying with small boats and another activitys but one thing that I don't like is the smell of farm it's too much. The place is in the midth of nature and its better if we get aura of nature. For room everything fine have kitchen that you can cooks.

Our family enjoyed an amazing week here in a recently refurbished cottage.

really nice center parcs! - we've tried a few in Europe - particularly the netherlands - and i think we all agreed this was our favourite. Great pool area and very relaxed park. We also cycled out a couple of days and found some lovely towns nearby to cycle to. Cycling in holland is a revelation by the way - you have to try it.

Amazing place, we stayed in a pony cottage, girls loved it, we had lots of fun! we were not even able to use the vouchers we were given , as we had plenty other things to do, reception was nice and friendly, we are definitely going back!!!

Really enjoyed our family holiday here. Same look and feel as Centre Parcs in the UK, rooms could do with some updating but everything was clean and tidy.
