A BIG shout out to Van Dam jewelers/staff members! I really cannot thank them enough for the effort and Excellent service they provided me in purchasing a Rangeman 9400-Y watch, I was treated individually according to my needs and circumstances...(No one size fits all mentality) Also, the banks had a malfunction nation wide and they reserved the watch for me (Unbelievable!) Companies as such should be granted/supported for the real customer care! They are people with good morals.

Fantastic, prompt, honest, and safe service. Jordan answered my questions quickly and accurately, and for international shipping to arrive in 4 working days was a pleasant surprise.

The watch was packed extremely securely with layers of protection, and the package was sealed extremely well. The item came as described and looked even better in person than in the photos, which were themselves great.

I purchased a Casio 2110 from you via Bol.com. Your price was very competitive compared to other sellers including the Casio store, so much so that I was a bit concerned that I might receive a fake watch. However, I decided to take a chance and pressed the purchase button. Within 48 hours, the Post NL courier was ringing the doorbell with the package.

The watch was very well packaged in the outer box, and the watch box inside was very secure. As soon as I opened the watch box and saw the correct Casio trademark tin, complete with the appropiate manual, hangtag and other packaging, I knew it was the real deal. I am very happy with the watch and that you even took the trouble to set it to the correct time before despatch.

Juwelier van Dam provided a fast efficient service and I would be more than happy to purchase from you guys again in the future. Thank you.

I had a custom ring gifted to me years earlier which disappeared on me, but Van Dam was able to recreate the same ring again, created a custom item on their website to arrange payment, shipped it to Canada and were extremely friendly and professional throughout the experience.
