Not the tallest, but gives a feel of history and a nice view and perspective of the areas around from the small windows and open area. Avoid on windy days, it gets Multifold and intense there. Tickets can be bought online using the scan code /web or at counter in the level-1 after first ascend .

A historical point which is still important in life. A lighthouse to guide you for special moments in life. From this place you can easily see the other island Vlieland and the main land. The water comes in and out this area. It is a nice walk to visit this lighthouse and the beach. A great nature which is nearby the Slufter so visit them both but keep it clean!

It is a wonderful experience to visit the Light House Texel. An amazing feeling of connecting to nature and history. The landscape views are spectacular, in national park Duinen van Texel

Worth it! Very we converted into a bit of a visitor center museum, glad we did it! Had no idea of the history of the area and the building, especially with WWII. Views are great! Stairs are steep but not strenuous. Prepare for wind!

Fairy tale live! Beautiful spot with great views. The wind is VERY strong, be sure to wear glasses due to the sand in the air.

De Cocksdorp is a must see when you on Texel it’s a beautiful bike ride up along the waddenzee and then on the north side via the dunes back

Beautiful views after climbing 118 steps. Watch out, at the entrance it's not recommended to walk up in flip-flops.

Buy your tickets (1 hour time slot) €5.50 online. You can walk up almost to the top and get some fabulous views along the coast.

Beautiful lighthouse on the east side of Texel. It is possible to climb and enjoy the view from 42 meters high. You can see Vlieland from here as well.

It’s a few floors up, but a very nice view to the next few islands! Worth the €5.50!

I am not sure if you can go into this lighthouse but I was there to take photos of it. It looks incredible. There were a lot of people swimming when I was there to take a photo of the lighthouse and I had to remove them all from my photo. I recommend going there early in the morning to capture a clearer photo 👍🏻

Beautiful light house located at the far end of the texel island. You need to buy a ticket to enter. Better do it online before coming as there are some limitations of accesses per a time slot with covid regulations. From top of the light house you can see long distance. The views are amazing. Inside the light house you can see the bullet holes made during world War 2.

We had a lovely hike through the National Park to see the Lighthouse. We arrived a bit too late to climb the Lighthouse but the fog made it a beautiful endpoint for our school hike.

The lighthouse is one the highlights of the island. It’s a very photogenic monument beautifully placed near the sea and dunes. You can visit inside and check the rooftop, with amazing views of the area. Going up the staircase, there are some information about the history of the lighthouse and the island.

Beautiful place with wide and long coastal line. The lighthouse is ideal for taking picture with and it's fine to pay 5e for the entrance ticket going upstairs (just normal, not much of "wow" things to be honest but it's nice to stand at the highest point of the island and see around). You can go here by either e-bike or texelhopper(which you have to call them directly to reserve a place).
