This lake is one of the holy lakes situated on the way to Dhawalagiri Icefall. This area is habitat of barking deer and home to a lot of flora and fauna.
Harvesting and killing of flora and fauna is strictly prohibited as this area is under the supervision of Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP).
This place is accessed easily from bokshi khola village and there is trekking route by which we can reach the lake and even the sekong lake can be reached from this route.

ナウリコット村からセコン湖へ、森林限界を超えた氷河の瓦礫の谷を下る。ニルギリを見渡す草原にはヤクの群がたたずむ。森の中に細長い小さな湖がある。住民の祈りの場で見晴らしは良くない。ダウラギリホテルまで森を急下降する。

Tukuche, sometimes spelt Tukche, is a village development committee in Mustang District in the Dhawalagiri Zone of northern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 652 people living in 166 individual households. The village is located in the Kali Gandaki Gorge. It is a center of the Thakali people. source
