Wow impressively efficient! In and out in 20 minutes. Showed up with no passport pictures. No problem.

They are open every day 10-17.
You can take photos there for free.
Total cost for permit and tims card is 5k rupee/pp

Fast and easy to get your TIMS and ACPA passes/permits. Count 4000 NRP for both permits (as of Oct 2017). Staff is friendly and helpful. Open all days incl Sundays, very practical.

As of November 2016:
Working hours: Sunday to Friday 10am to 5 pm; Saturday 10am to 2pm. Closed on bank holidays.
They do photo for TIMS and permit FREE of charge.

You need 5,000 NPR and 4 pass photos 3x4 better, for permit. Its about 15-20 minutes

This is the place where you can easily have all the permits (TIMS and ACAP) that you need for Annapura Park trekking. You'll need four pictures, your passport and 40$
