I had a comfortable stay at Fern residency with friendly staff and I just say service was good. Their food is also delicious. Also one can have an excellent view of Narayanghat from their open pool side restaurant and sunset is excellent as well. Similarly I also loved their friendly staff especially from bar and restaurant area. They were quite friendly and professional.

I had a great experience with my family & friends in this property..very nice gesture & courtesy of Nepal Tourism...Isha baral and Bikash Rana magar from F&B service are so supportive....

Great service by all staff from booking over the phone to face to face interaction. Would highly recommend.
However the AC in the room was quite noisy during the night. Besides that, amazing stay.

This place was really awesome. Rooms were very comfortable.. halls were gorgeous. And at the roof the swimming pool was also beautiful. The food here was delicious. View of Bharatpur & Narayangarh was awesome from the top.

Overall, I would highly recommend tis place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the city. The hotel offers great value for money, and the staff is always ready to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

If there is one thing I would like to give more than a 5 star rating is the Staff and their Service. Fern Residency, Bharathpur has an excellent staff and naming one or two only, would not be fair. Right from the Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping the staff have been extremely supportive and professional.

Coming to Stay, the rooms were quite spacious and welcoming,  the view from my room was picturesque.  Requests for Housekeeping and Room Service were prompt. Just a little tweaking on the food and menu and it would be the perfect destination. All in all an Excellent hotel and an Awesome Stay. Thank You Fern Residency, Bharathpur!!!!

I visited this place few days back, The place is very safe and clean. Food taste is excellent and supportive staff. The amenities are excellent.

A very nice place to stay...... We were there in this hotel for 2 days 1 night .....and it was a great experience....rooms are clean....staff is co-operative ....even some of my belongings were left there but I have received them successfully..... so it's a great experience being there and I would suggest everyone to visit this hotel once...

One of the newest and modern hotels in all of Chitwan. The lobby is on the ground floor and the hotel rooms begin from the 5th floor which you can enter via 2 fast and smooth lifts. As soon as you enter you realise how clean and well maintained the lobby area is and the receptionists are very kind and welcoming. I found the double rooms to be a bit congested than i would like, but maybe this is because their double beds are really big. Anyways, the rooms are very well maintained and well equipped. The bed is big and comfortable with enough pillows and fresh and clean sheets. You have a coffee table and chairs and also a working table with a chair. The TV is big and positioned just opposite to the bed. The window is large and you can enjoy the view either to the west overseeing Narayanghat or to the east overseeing Bharatpur and the runway. However, like with all these new hotels, you cannot open the window, which i find is a pity. I visited here during the winter, and i had a bit of an issue with the air conditioner. I wanted the AC to be cooler, but the maintenance said that since it was winter it was preset not to go below a certain temperature, and somehow after an hour or so the AC stopped making the noise. Besides that I did not have any issue. The bathroom is well equipped and the shower is really nice with warm water. They have a mini bar and a safe in the cupboard. Besides the accomodation, the food is reallly reallly good. One day I had chips chilly, paneer butter masala and fried rice and the other day I had chicken Biryani. Probably one of the best meals I have had in Nepal. The kitchen is on the 5th floor and seatings are both outside in the balcony, poolside or you can sit inside. I definitely enjoyed having dinner at the poolside overseeing Bharatpur. Breakfast buffet was very good and had a lot of variety. All in all, an excellent place to stay, I found the price to be quite reasonable, especially with the quality of service they provide. Pick up and drop service available from the airport. Will come back here.

Rooms were great, and the staffs were very attentive. But food service was too late. Overall its a nice place to stay. Worth paying the price.

As a guest living here for a night or even for more days, you feel yourself a better person; they treat you like a person with knowledge and wealth. It is the hotel of a only billionaire from Nepal in forbes. It is completed with the best engineering, all accessories and designs inside are expensive. We can enjoy these facilities by paying Rs.5000 (excluding service charge and vat )per night for twin bed room including healthy continental breakfast. Inside here is like abroad.

It is a very nice place to stay and also one of the best places in the locality with great hospitality.
