Kept me waiting for more than 20 mins after saying to wait for 20 mins, the staff was really ignorant to me. Always telling to come back the next day. They don't value your time. I suggest everyone not to open account in this bank. I am really frustrated

I approached the counter number 6 to inquire about the printing time for my slip. The lady there appeared arrogant as she looked at me, didn't respond, and then walked away to somewhere else, as if no one else was around. Disappointed 😏😏
