DONUT MOMO Restaurant

After a relaxing time at the Tatopani hot spring, we found this cozy donut joint—a small, simple place with a tin roof. They're famous for their seasonal Tibetan momos, which are only available for a few months each year. We ordered some, and the owner made them fresh from dough right in front of us. In just 10 minutes, we had our momos. They were amazing—the dough was fluffy like bread, and the spicy red sauce was delicious. You eat them with your hands, popping each one in your mouth like a cookie, and the spicy sauce makes them really tasty. If I ever go back to Tatopani, I'm definitely having these momos again.
