Such a unexpected little spot. Just breath taking, surrounded by untouched jungle and beautiful beaches. Definitely worth a visit. The rooms are simple and clean with airconditing and in a great setting. Away from the village a little with it's own floating dock for easy as hight tide fishing. The other dock is a 5min stroll and can be fished at any tide. Plenty bait sitting right under the jetty. Swim live baits for nice Jacks and Barracuda

We had a great trip, we landed several yellowfin tunas, pargos,amberjacks,wahoo, different types of jacks and several other species. The accomodations are fine though its not a 5 star accommodation, the rooms ar all equipped with comfy beds and a good air conditoner that made us recover all our energy for the next days spearfishing. The food is great, they usually have authentic panamanian food with the days catch, they even made panamanian style ceviche and
fresh sashimi on board, the beverages and snacks went as planned, and the crew was very helpful with everything we needed, juan the owner and his crew are very nice to hang with overall we had a great time and I would definitely go back to shoot some fish next year!

I've been fishing with this lodge for the past 4 years and I've always scored big. It's a great deal for what you get, it's not a 5 star hotel o a luxury lodge what so ever but it's clean, it has what's necessary, you are there for the adventure of the hunt, for the deprive of technology,to be away from the comfort but having quite than enough to be in the game next day for shooting your fish.
The food it's been always more than we could eat also the drinks and the fish, Which is the main reason why you go there it's been fenomenal. I as a past customer and future customer I highly recommend this place for all outdoor ocean activities in special the spearfishing.

Estas cabañas y el servicio de lancha que Juan Gabriel Ofrece para el turista que desee conocer el parque nacional Coiba y todos los alrededores, la pesca sin igual, los paisajes naturales conservados, la pesca submarina para los amantes de bucear y las playas de arena blanca y aguas cristalinas como si fuera el mar Caribe, todo esto y luego terminas en unas cabañas con aire acondicionado, planta Electrica, camas decentes y una comida que debes encargarla antes a Juan Gabriel pues te pueden conseguir langosta, pescado, pulpo, Cambombia o Cambute, carne de res, de verso o pollo cocinado por una señora isleña que tiene un don y que aseguró que un bocado que pruebes quedarás satisfecho de la calidad de La Cocina isleña de esta señora, le doy cinco estrellas y espero volver otra ves pronto para pescar y disfrutar de las tantas islitas que rodean a Coiba y conocer mejor la isla Coiba pues es enorme.

Es increible e inpresionante este paraiso en costas veraguenses.verdaderamente necesitamos mirar hacia adentro y compartir estas exquisiteses que estan en nuestro suelo.felicitaciones a tan dignos zapadores de tan genial idea.me gustaria pasar por alla y disfrutar de ese paraiso.mis saludos

The guide/owner Juan did not follow through on his commitments. I will never give this charter my business again.

What was offered:
• 5 full days of spearfishing
• Snacks, lunch and drinks on boat for all 5 spearfishing days
• 3 non-spearfishing days at the resort (one at beginning of trip, two at the end)
• 8 days all-inclusive meals (breakfast, lunch on boat, dinner)
• 8 days all-inclusive beer
• 8 nights with Air conditioned rooms
• Freezing and vacuum sealing of fish for transportation home

What I received:
• 4.5 days of spearfishing (last day was cut to half day because the captain had “other plans”)
• Snacks, lunch and drinks on 3 out of 5 spearfishing days. (First and last day we had zero on-board food or drinks. On day 3 we had a loaf of bread to share.)
• 4 days all-inclusive beer (by 4th day, Juan told us we had to go to the local bar and pay out-of-pocket if we wanted more beer)
• 0 non spearfishing days at resort (day 1 our captain never showed up to pick us up. By the 4th day, it was apparent we were running low on rations and we opted to leave early.)
• Air conditioned rooms part-time (Gas generator shut down randomly each night, and finally broke by the 4th night)
• No freezing or vacuum sealing of fish (Each night our fish disappeared from the cooler. Juan told us they were being stored on ice. At the end of the trip, we were told that our jacks, trevallys, pargo and barracuda were not worth saving. We found out that our fish was actually given away to locals each night.)

Despite numerous conversations with Juan about the problems with our spearfishing charter, he refused to take action to rectify. He simply told us “he was not making money” on us.

The owner is a big lier.

Tivemos uma péssima experiência.
Juan prometeu muitas coisas que não cumpriu. Mentiu a respeito de possuir wifii e outras coisas.
O cozinheiro ... um grande preguiçoso e um porcalhão.
E no final todos saíram insatisfeitos de um grupo de 7 pescadores.
