It is a nice and quiet place to stay. Has a good view and own parking with green areas and seating arrangements. It has its own restaurant and cook is not great bjt food is better than a lot of places. Overall, great place to stay for family and groups etc.

As reviewed by my peers its a reasonable place to stay in the heart of the city. Staff is cooperative and educated and the place is very well maintained. There is both touch of culture and modernism here. Food is fresh and prices are reasonable.

PTDC Motel Swat is one of the best motel in the town. You can find good quality of stay there along with beautiful location. You can visit all nearby areas easily. The staff is very cooperative and they will provide all information regarding popular Tourist destinations around the town.

This is the most beautiful and nicely managed PTDC Motel of in all chain of PTDC motels in Pakistan. This Motel situated in main city of Saidu Sharif, the Administrative town of Sawat. Only this PTDC Motel offers Weeding party arrangements because this property have big lawns. Meal is very good here. This Motel is very famous in local and foreign tourists.

They have their own parking and lawns with fruit trees.Rooms are spacious with tv wifi and air conditioners. Clean washrooms. Food is good. Staff is very coperative.

PTDC Saidu Sharif, Swat. I have been visiting PTDC from last 4 Years and found it one of the best options. Although PTDC has not upgraded it's rooms with time but they provide good services, food and ambiance. Staff is very cooperative.

Good government own Hotel located in the center of Sadu Sarif Swat. Beautiful building and big green lawn. Staff is very cooperative. Food quality is good.

We (family of four) had the pleasure of staying here overnight most recently in Nov 2016. Be vigilant of your path when staying here for the first time, its up the road that goes towards Serena Hotel (Serena's boards have been placed) right at the beginning of Mingora city. They haven't placed any PTDC Motel's board however.

Food (had dinner & breakfast here- breakfast is buffet only) in my opinion is 4.5 out of 05 star, VERY good that is! Both quality & quantity wise, prices are reasonable (pathans do know how to cook VERY delicious Daal! do try it!) Yes i assure you that Lahoris won't have any problem in this part!

Security is VERY sound! Gate remains locked with vigilant guard.

Room (with everything in it) was very neat & clean (there were lots of mosquitoes but...that is manageable), moreover the rooms are REASONABLY spacious!

Warm water was abundantly available, which is a big plus!

In the end, one public service message! There is no point of staying here if you have to reach MIANDAM in your trip. Here is why! The newly built Sheikh Zaid Al Nahyan bridge (crosses River Swat) comes WAY before you enter Mingora, and connects to a newly built metaled road leading to Miandam. Nobody has bothered placing even a single board mentioning that route. Thus we went the wrong way & made this startling discovery the other day!

Another public service message for those going for the first time (on their own vehicles). Ensure to reach Mardan maximum by 7:00 AM and NO LATER! That way you will avoid the seriously heavy traffic (and dozens of dangerous overtakes, believe me!) from Mardan's end & ahead (on Mingora Expressway & in Batt Khela both of which become a serious mess post 12 in the afternoon till night!)

This Motel is situated in most safest place in Sawat valley.
PTDC Motel, Saidu Sharif is most well maintained motel in all the chain of Motels in Pakistan ever I have stayed. Here you find best food stuff and 24hours hot water etc.
Location is also well

This is relax motel located at besham on the KKh highway to gilgit baltistan. The view near the sea and pleasent silent environment make me more to enjoy the place

PTDC is a lovely place to stay at Swat. The rooms are big. Staff is helpful. I would recommend it to everybody.
