Beautiful quiet village! Lovely snack bar opposite the church in the relaxing village square. Great place to have a drink and lunch after visiting the gardens of the palace of Estoi.

The Igreja Matrix is situated on an elevated part of Estoi and wide stone steps lead from it down. The views from the top step are fantastic. Must visit place.

Estoi é uma pequena freguesia localizada a cerca de 11km de Faro, para o interior.
Nesta localidade existe a Igreja Matriz de Estoi que sofreu danos com o sismo de 1755 (o sismo que destruiu Lisboa) e ao longo dos tempos foi sofrendo várias obras de ampliação até terminar na Igreja que podemos visitar hoje.

Igreja linda na maravilhosa Vila de Estoi. Localizada no coração da vila. Igreja de arquitetura angular bem concebida tanto exterior como interior. Local de paz e culto bastante agradável. Monumento ex-líbris de Estoi e uma das igrejas mais bonitas do Algarve. Recomendo a sua visita

Igreja Matriz de Estoi, construída no local de uma ermida mediaval e terminada no Séc. XVI. A fachada atual é posterior ao terramoto de 1755.
