O Cruzeiro

We stopped here whilst driving through the village, we didn't use Google and hadn't read the reviews, I'm glad. Because, I if I had read the reviews, we would have eaten elsewhere. As it was, we had a great time.
For sure the owner liked to chat a bit, but it was relevant, and interesting. He also recommended the prawns, which were very very good, as was the steak I had. He helped me with some Portugese I got wrong and came to check we were ok twice and to be honest, could not have been nicer to us.
If I was driving through the village, I'd eat there again for sure, clean, and very tasty.

A lovely couple runs this place, probably for years now.. We tried coffee, pastel de nata, and the amazing licor "amarguinha", local one, served with ice and a bit of lemon. The lady recommended it, and we came back because we loved it!

Just had lunch. Very good food and excellent value. Will be back soon.✅

Wat hebben we heerlijk gegeten bij O Cruzeiro: onze favoriete schotel Bacalhau.

Très bonnes gambas grillées, nous y allons chaque fois que possible .très bon vin

O senhor Cruzeiro (apesar de muitos acharem hostil) é apenas um amante daquilo que faz. Vendedor daquilo que acredita!
Por vezes pode pecar por falar demasiado e não pensar na privacidade dos clientes no entanto é com boa intenção.
Principal da equação:
A comida é FABULOSA!
Super bem temperada, no ponto que o cliente pede e mais importante que tudo: feita com amor!!
