Muralha de Caminha

I'm staying in the Hotel and was having dinner today in their restaurant. The food is amazing, I highly recommend the clams as a starter. I've not often experienced such quick and nice service as here. Reasonable prices as well. I highly recommend to visit either the Restaurant and/or stay overnight. Very nice rooms with a gray view!

Looks very smart but don’t be deterred, the welcome is warm and the prices are quite reasonable. Traditional fare served with very good humour. One of our firm favourites in the area.

Great friendly staff and great food. We ordered the pepper steak and seafood rice that are meant for two people. When it arrived the seafood rice could have fed four. The steak fed 2 people. I'd recommend this place if you like great food.

A lovely and lively hotel and restaurant. The room was elegantly furnished and the bed was comfortable with an attention grabbing view of the estuary and Spain. The bathroom was similarly good with (very) hot water that didn't run out. We slept well.
They provided us with a safe place to keep our bikes overnight, which not all places will do and the food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced - we paid €50 for two of us and were both very full - and they offered an excellent variety of wines.
The only bad thing was that we couldn't book two nights.. which is not surprising.

A wonderful value, and impeccable service. The room was small, well-appointed and maintained, and the staff could not possibly have been kinder. Dinner for two, with wine and three starters, was almost gourmet, and it cost fewer that 50 Euros. I hope to return.

Welcoming environment, friendly staff and delicious and tasty meat, made the best Friday night in Caminha!! Definetly a place to return!

Very nice restaurant, friendly staff. Tried the anglerfish rice! Very good. The lemon Tarte was also very tasty.

The food is very very good. The service could be faster, but there was full table.

Located near the center of Caminha with a view of the river. The food is good and the staff welcoming.
