Had an absolutely wonderful session at yoga sagres! It was super windy and therefore she was going to cancel the session, but she persisted and guided me through a beautiful flow as I was so desperate to get a yoga class in before leaving sages. Incredibly grateful as it left me glowing head to toe and was such a wonderful way to farewell this special corner of Portugal. Thank you! Can’t recommend enough

great place for an amazing yoga session. really nice location on the roof. special thanks to our instructor Paulo who created a really nice and special atmosphere and guided us through a great and energizing session. we learned many new and interesting techniques! we can highly reccomend this place no matter if you have never done yoga before or you are a pro already!

During my stay in Sagres I’ve been visiting this pleasant yoga classes several times. So nice that I could just drop in without any obligation. It was good quality and helpful to make my holidays relaxed and peaceful. Thanks to all the professional teachers!
