Out of Lidl, Inter Marche, I would say this Continent was the best balanced store with different products. Nice and clean, plenty of choice in different departments. Became the first choice for us on our trip.

I like continente, good choice and good prices. And always enough cashiers for the customer flow.
Now they have self help cash registers. And trolleys that don't need coins.

The best supermarket in this area, well looked after and the brand is the same anytime you go to one of there stores. They have everything you will need.

If you’re staying in Armacao de Pera, this is the largest/best grocery store in the area. Can’t beat the price and selection without having to drive a good distance away.

A great Continente, Pharmacy has a good range of products and the coffee shop is great

I finished shopping, then I used the toilet, the music at the urinal was so funky, I nearly never left!

Very good prices! But keep in mind if you wanna buy fish you won't find so much to choose if you go in the evening.
