If you are lucky enough to be in Faial and come here take Grilled Lulas (grilled squid with olive oil and garlic). They are simply awesome! the portions are very huge - beware!))))
The service is 5 stars and the place is so homey. And the view is spectacular.

Definitely place to return and recommend to friends.

We arrived at 14.10 and they were going to closed but the let us stay and have lunch.
Amazing food and big dishes (we had the fish of the day and shrimps they all arrived with side dishes)

The food and the view are both absolutely wonderful. Lovely staff. What a fabulous place! Don't miss it, but you'll need to book as it is very popular with the local clientele. Our lovely waitress helped with my guidebook Portuguese but the menu is in Portuguese and English so no problems.

We have been in the Azores for almost three weeks now. Started on Sao Miguel, continued to Pico and now on Faial. We ate in many restaurants. Most have been recommended by locals, fine dining restaurants included. But we have never dined as well as at Pasquinha's. The wine recommendation was great too. The food was fresh and prepared with a lot of love. The service was quick and friendly. The ambiance was great too. You won't find better lapas anywhere on the island! We tried three restaurants but this was the best. The gambas were also delicious. Value for money was also very good. All in all the best restaurant in the Azores!

Great food with a great view! Of the beaten path but worth the ride.

Very nice little restaurant with delicious soup-of-the-house. Very big meals, so come hungry! Very beautiful view to the seaside. Best to make reservations for the main hours, because it is always full.
