This place is a must stop. We just stopped in for quesadilla El Salvadoreño. The parking is excellent with plenty of parking on site. The restaurant has a full menu with plenty of different seating areas. There are multiple bathrooms. The quesadilla is made fresh on site in a natural brick oven. Quesadilla is one of my favorite El Salvadorian dish. The quesadilla here was amazing. It comes fresh out of the oven. I give this place a 5 star rating hands down!

Their hearty hen soup can revive the dead! (Sorry it isn’t pictured) it was absolutely delicious. The soup is served with half of a carbon grilled hen, salad and rice. It is also served with fresh tortillas and fresh cheese (cuajada). We ordered a combo that served 4 and also comes with a freshly made quesadilla (dessert). My diagnose order the fried fish. She loved it. The service is excellent.

All I wanted was local food and this was AMAZING. The Salvadoran Quesadilla is amazing - I ordered more to go. I also tried to get the recipe but they wouldnt give it to me. 😂 Pupusa with beans and cheese was also amazing. Favorite meal in the city.

You can smell the intoxicating quesadillas when you're driving back into the city. I stick with the posadas 3 (the restaurant to the left when driving in) because my family has been going there for many years. We love the tamales de pollo, pupusas de frijol con queso, sopa de gallina, sopa de camaron del rio a la plancha de la primera (shrimp from the river - not always in season), gallina dorada and the infamous fresh quesadilla. LA MEJOR RESTAURANTE DE LA LIBERTAD!

I loved la Posada. It's strategicaly located on the side of the road so as you are returning from the beach and want to stop for a quick bite, bam! There it is.

Very nice place to stop after all the walking and sight seeing down in La Libertad or Surf City. They have a large menu and large area to seat.

La Posada is a traditional Salvadoran restaurant, where you may find typical food like pupusas, tamales, gallina. I recommend the quesadilla with chocolate, delicious.

Excellent food and great service. Be mindful I visited during the week when I'm told it's not as busy. The soup and quesadilla were magnificent, some of the best I've had, ever.

Best quesadillas in town!
After a day at the beach, this might become the next must "stop-at" and traditional spot. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of horchata and quesadilla is out of this world.

Great food! Amazing grilled contches and the best camerons Papuas ive had. Fun atmosphere they have a stage/dance floor Also have a fun cat mascot. Great service! Ive been here 2 times and will return.

For quesadilla lovers... They even have a pool. The pool is not that fancy but... If you come with your kids, they will have a nice time. It's a must go place when you're coming back from la Libertad beach 😉

Great food, excellent service, prices are good and portions are big. Everything was delicious, I recommend the yuca con chicharrón that was enough for two. Also, they have a lot of parking space and quiet environment
