Clean airport location, great facilities for ease of use, entry and exit. Rental car companies only open 5am-10pm, not 24 hours. All staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful!

A very good airport in El Salvador so far. Employees or workers are extremely helpful to find the baggage claim down stairs. Also, they didn't have any rude attitudes. What I liked about this airport is the new renovations or new parts of the airport. They look very clean and more spacious. As a side note, I saw the gate where Miss Universe was.

El Salvador was great and it was even more amazing because it was my 1st international trip and I went with my daughters, sisters and cousin. It was a GIRL'S TRIP 🥰. We had personal drivers the entire time, Manuel and Tony took great care of us. They taught us some Spanish and we taught them some English! They are our Primos💙 Everyone thar we met were so friendly.

El Salvador airport, so beautiful. Everything clean and customer service was excellent. Smooth entrance and claiming luggage.
Have your passport and boarding passes with you at all times. Note: If you're from El Salvador you may need your birth certificate or ID (el DUI).
When heading out from El Salvador airport, keep your passport and boarding passes with you at all times. On boarding time, your carry-on bags will be checked. All your items will be taken out. Make sure not to have any liquids or any kind of powder. You have a body check, have nothing in your pockets and take shoes off. Have a happy flight. Don't forget to have a bite in one of the restaurants. :)

I'm so impressed! The infrastructure and the customer service are e outstanding. The prompt to be called and serve is incredible. We are so pleased to go through. The only downside is the amount of baggage claim; other than that, we are still happy to come back!

Nice little airport. Well organized and maintained. Entering the country took around 30 minutes including paying for the visa. Great surprise.

I'm really impressed with the new terminal. Extremely comfortable. There is even a room for pets in case they need to use the "restroom". Good and plenty choices to eat.

The new side of the airport makes traveling night and day. Arrivals exit through the top and departures go in through the main gate. This makes flow so much easier. A lot of airports need to adopt this as it made waiting area clean and very manageable. Lots of great restaurants, restrooms are clean, all around just wow!

This is one of the best areas inside the airport, so clean, with a lot of restaurants and stores. Is really modern and looks much better than others airports in the region

Ready to get from one point to the next as it's a small airport. Also well organized and they move you thru all points pretty quick. Good security, but most shops and restaurants close early.

The airport is really modern, clean restrooms, various shoppes and restaurants. Air conditioned nicely, friendly staff. This new government by Bukele is really making El Salvador a place to visit.

Clean, safe, efficient, and beautiful; not to mention the professionalism, courtesy, and informative staff. This airport is better than alot of developed nation’s airport.

Quick access and getting through security is hassle free

Easy to navigate. A new terminal has opened. Rental car options on site.

I traveled from DC to El Salvador with my emotional support animal. Upon arrival, they were friendly and asked a few questions before signing off on his documentation. We had to pay a $10 fee.

Also, if you're American, you'll need to pay a $12 visa fee upon arrival.

Soo cold but it's fine it's,clean, fast-food is good recommend to come.

Far cry from my very first visit in 2017! The 12.00 tax and immigration are now upstairs near the exit ramps of the planes. Only one person to collect the money. So the line was slow. But immigration had at least 10 windows moved very quickly. But I came in at 10 PM, I would assume during the day it's longer!

Modern facilities, Customs personnel very friendly and fast,no issues at all.
The airport facilities are still growing up to keep up with the flow of customers.
The only issue was with the baggage band,we were misinformed where luggage were coming out.
Other than that I will say excellent services overall.

I arrived early morning and customs was faster than any other airport, very clean courteous staff and committed to their duties.

Awesome to see the new side of the terminal with the changes.
