Chatrium Golf Resort Soi Dao Chanthaburi

Absolutely beautiful golf course. Not too much water but very challenging greens and sand bunkers. Strategic ball placing is essential to get a good score. Resort room is of reasonable size, everything works and service staff works hard at making an impression. Restaurant food is delicious and reasonably priced for a property of this standard. Highly recommended as a golf holiday destination.

I have been coming to this golf resort for more than 10 years and enjoy my time always. The facilities, staff and food have always been very good. The golf course in good condition and the caddies always friendly.
In February 2024 I was here again and still everything is perfect. The only thing , what is to discussed, ist the new Menükarte they have. Also the chief in the kitchen and the food is not better than before.

Excellent service and scenery. Delicious food. Well trained staff. Big compliment to the caddie no.015 so friendly and skillful. Beautiful and challenge course layout.

Played 3 days in a row with a friend.
Well maintenance and green is very challenging to compete.
Weather is hot but with breezy wind through 18 holes.
Caddy #145 was well-knowledge and great hospitality.
I always come and play every time in Chanthaburi.
Dont missed a great golf course!

23 Nov. 2022 Don’t play golf but was looking for a nice place to stay while visiting Soi Dao. Stayed 3 very quiet nights in the Grand Deluxe during weekdays. Excellent small hotel (40+rooms) on a huge property with lovely and friendly staff.

The building is 3 stories high, well maintained, with plenty of parking. It doesn’t have an elevator, but someone should take care of your luggage/ golf bag for you.

The 18 hole golf course was very beautiful, with a very nice club house and restaurant with outdoor seating. The food and service was very good at decent prices. Set breakfast was good with a few choices (American or Thai, small fruit platter, orange juice, toast, and coffee). Buffet breakfast adds a few more items like cold cuts, salad, and cheese.

Room was big, well lit and well equipped (with blackout curtains and mosquito screens). Bathroom was roomy (no bath) with good ventilation. There was also a safe big enough for a laptop. Bed was nice and big with 4 big pillows. Towels and bed linens were very clean and in very good condition.

A small coffee table and another comfy chair on the balcony would have been a wonderful complement to the hanging cocoon seat and the excellent view.

Overall a very nice hotel. Good value for money. Thank you for a very lovely stay! Highly recommended!❤

Beautiful and peaceful. Great golf course, but tough from the back tees. Nice hotel, pool is nice after a round of golf. The staff are excellent and very friendly. We will go back for sure.

It has been several times since I visited this golf resort beautifully nestled in nature. The golf course is improving in all aspects, both in the arrangement of the individual holes and in the cleanliness of the fairways. The restaurant is excellent, they grow their own herbs and the food was of good quality. the pool was not cleaned very well.

Excellent golf course in great condition. A course so well designed that it is playable by anybody irrespective of their ability. We very much enjoyed the 4 days we stayed at the Resort, lovely room overlooking the golf course & the mountains. Very attentive & helpful staff. We look forward to returning again.

Beautiful, peaceful, serene.. a perfect weekend getaway! We stayed for 2 nights. Extremely well maintained vast place, good food, friendly and helpful staff. We do not play golf, but we enjoyed long walks within the property. They even have a golf cart free tour to show the property. We loved every minute that we spent here. Will surely visit again:)

This is a beautyful and wonderful resort in Thailand. The view is very nice and lovely with nice staff. I love this place! I will recommend to all my friends come to enjoy there!

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Golf course is one of the most beautiful, challenging and difficult in Thailand. Greens are fast and very difficult to put and approach. This place highly RECOMMENDED

We rented a van with a driver. We drove from Bangkok in four hours. The golf course is wonderful and well maintained. The layout is excellent and mountainous. The greens are difficult. The views are amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is excellent. The dinner at the restaurant were delicious. The breakfast was good.

Stayed here for a long weekend, stunning setting, friendly and helpful staff and good food. The golf course not only one of the most beautiful picturesque also very enjoyable with impeccable greens.
Well done to all the staff that made our stay so memorable.

Very nicely maintained golf course, caddies are friendly. Overall it was good experience. We saw some monkeys also while playing. Wanted to see elephants but I was told that they roam around mostly at night.

Can't rate this place highly enough. The course is visually stunning, challenging and varied. Accommodation is comfortable with all rooms having good views. Restaurant is reasonably priced and high quality. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic course some 280kms from Bangkok with scenic hills as a backdrop and plenty of full grown trees making it exciting to play. Players don't get drained out because of the fine weather all round the year. December will particularly be pleasant.

Nice golf course, challenging green, cool & fresh air, few golfer, reasonable package price.
There are cart tour and bycicles for family.
Beautiful driving range in natur.

A five star golf course in the middle of nowhere. Caddy is a lottery - can be good, but can be nightmare. Top quality fairways, bunkers and greens. As for march 2017 clubhouse has fresh renovation. Offered promotion for 2 players, 2 rounds and stay hotel 4900+ caddy+buggy.
