Santhiya Koh Yao Yai Infinity Pool

Santhiya Resort is located at an Island Koh Yao Yao which is 30 minutes catamaran ride from Ao Po Grand Pier in east coast of Phuket.

If you are in Patong, Phuket(Bangla road area) , you have to take a cab to go to Ao Po Grand Marina pier.

Now, this is an incredibly beautiful resort located on a picturesque hill side of the island Koh Yao Yai. We opted for and highly recommend the Supreme Deluxe Sea facing room which has a huge balcony with a sofa bed and a huge bath tub. The view of an isolated island from the balcony is breathtaking.

The resort has a spa and the deep tissue Oil massage is highly recommended. Food is amazing here and fried shrimp is recommended.

This place is kid friendly and is perfect for a sublime family vacation away from the madding crowd.

You can also order different types of eggs (benedict, fried, boiled, omelette, etc). All prepared at the moment you order!!

There's live music in the morning and the service is excellent.

Amazing infinity pool at Santhiya! Stayed for 8 nights and Koh Yao Yai is so peaceful. Best beach and pool here with amazing photo ops. One other thing I would like to mention is breakfast hall requires you to take off shoes. The floor is extremely dirty and wet at times. Hotel should provide disposable shoe covers or allow for shoes. Especially in this day and age where monkey pox is so transmissible.

Santhiya is such an amazing resort on an island off Phuket. The resort is so beautiful with it's own private beach and all. The room that I stayed in had such an amazing few of the ocean. Total paradise. The infinity pool is splendid. The food is amazing. Only small minor inconvenience is that one needs to wait for a vehicle to move in and around the resort. But that will also give one an indication of how big the resort is!

Pretty good pool, right next to two restaurants on the Santhiya hotel. There are also very good Thai massages on the same area viewing the ocean and all the other nearby islands. The view is amazing and the service is pretty good. The only problem is that once you are in the resort you can't really spend anywhere else, which gets expensive. Regardless, they do a good job at offering meals in many price ranges and have events every night to entertain guests.

The resort is full of surprises as soon as you set steps onto the property. Starting with the breathtaking view, the entire property is surrounded by nature, plants, trees, mountains, it's safe to walk around. But be sure to bring insect repellent and water to stay hydrated. Once checked in, the staff on site will explain everything you need to know during your stay, so don't worry about what to do, instead think about everything you must do depending on how much time you stay there. The resort provide lots of activities and options for visitors such as spa, beach, main pool (with waterfall) and infinity pool, few dining options, babysitting service, child friendly play area on site, so you technically don't need to go anywhere else on the island unless you have plenty of time. The room we booked is the sea view option, all I can say is that it's got an unbelievable beautiful sea view with islands everywhere, you won't get tired of seeing it even everyday. There is a tub, couch and coffee table on the patio for you to enjoy the view, mini bar, hdtv (you shouldn't need it), very nicely decorated room with tons of awesome woodwork (actually everywhere on this property has a piece of art), the rainfall shower is a definite plus for me, I would recommend anyone to visit Santhiya for at least 4-5 days while going to Koh Yao Yai.

Amazing view down on the sea. Definitely worth to come here for sunset to enjoy the view and get a relaxing bath. One downside is the early closing time of sometimes already 5pm when some events happen up there. It's usually the best time to be there so that doesn't really make sense.

The resort is absolutely amazing. Beautiful amenities. By one one of the best resorts I was at during my 14 day holiday. When I come back to Thailand this is a must to revisit. Island I small not a whileot to do in terms of night life but beautiful beautiful people and scenery.

Nice place to have breakfast while staying on Santhiya. Closes at 10 am for breakfast. Catch a seat with view and enjoy the amazing spread at saitaara restaurant. Nearby is Gym and pool table. The infinity pool itself is superbly located and offered stunning view.

Outstanding view from a peaceful setting. Bar and pool has happy hour buy one get one free. "DJ COOL" is just a playlist of the same songs over and over again. Besides that the pool is peaceful and romantic. If you are staying at santhyia I definitely recommend checking out the pool. Wild cats are adorable and half the reason we would visit this pool.

I really love this place. it combined of luxury and Thai treditional style. Room has a lot space. especially it is clean and comfortable. there is area for bath at the terrace. itl is privacy. We can relax in bathtub and look out to the ocean view.
All you need are here. no need to find a restuarant / minimart outside the resort. there are more over 3-4 restuarants (approx / I guess)

We have stayed at santhiya twice now, whilst the hotel has grown considerably larger since our first visit, we still enjoyed our stay tremendously. The views, villas and sunsets are to die for. Would absolutely return.

This place is majestic. I haven't come across anything like it in all my travels. I feel like it's been here for hundreds of years because everything is made of wood, beautifully crafted by hand with the simplest of tools with exquisite detail but with all the modern bells and whistles you'd come to expect from a 5 resort. The service and staff is always on point. The food is delicious and views breath taking. Both the ocean delux and the villa suites are great value for money. This is a definite must see if your visiting Thailand. Hotel transport is the easiest and most practical, but if you are finding you own way here try to catch the ferry from Jien Wanich pier. It gets you the closest to the resort when you make land fall on the island.

it was a wow place.. must stay resort if you going thailand, very much affordable place and u name it u have it in d room.. even d bluetooth speakers to chill with your own music n in house bar. The view was ultimate and the staff was very polite. would suggest to book this as a last place because aftr thid if you go resort you wouldnt be satisified. amazing food.. quick response from staff and friendly.

Such an amazing and beautiful infinity pool perched high on the hill of this rocky outcrop with an endless view of the ocean . great ambience and the best time to enjoy it is late afternoon till after sunset.The chillout atmosphere and music makes this one of the most awesome infinity pools to be at. Dont miss this if you visit Santhiya Koh Yao Yai.

Good pool, at a height so the views are quite expansive. You can take a dip and then relax on lounging beds with a drink with no compromise on the views.

Located in the same hotel building of Santhiya as the Saitaara restaurant (where the property provides their breakfast buffet) and Khantok restaurant (that specialises in authentic Thai cuisine). They even have their spa facilities available near this pool.

This pool, though small in size, offers amazing views of the Andaman Sea. Santhiya organises pool parties on select days of the week at this pool. Much like the staff around the rest of the property, their staff also is always welcoming and warm in their services.

We experienced the hotel as a great place to stay while enjoying the time on koh yao yai. Service is extremely professional and the staff is friendly. The breakfast and dinner as well are unbeatable. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and people who would like to take a rest for a few days.

Well strategic location in the bay of Phang-nga which can visit all the time during the year. I was staying in the 2 bedroom pool villas which is very spacious space and air condition were all powerful to cruise all of us through the summer nights. Staffs are well trained and very friendly, especially Khun Nitichai - GM. Surely will attempt another visit soon!

We felt in love about this place, has all for a great vacation time:) silence, distractions, pools, sea beach,spa, great food. Is right place to come with family,friends and relax for few days. Stuff is super helpful and friendly.
