Idyllic Concept Resort

We didn’t stay at this hotel, but we loved how easy the staff is about people using the pool, we just wanted to have a swim with our baby and ended up staying the entire day and we even came back.

Food and drinks are really affordable, they have happy hour and after the sunset there was a guy playing music with his guitar, really friendly environment and great for families. Thank for making our days amazing and super relaxing.

Such a beautiful resort. Amazing place to have an excellent breakfast. Two beautiful pools. Friendly and smiling staff. Good restaurant at the beach. Beautiful rooms! One of the best things is location. Its much more peaceful than many other hotel locations on the island. Sunrise beach is beautiful and peaceful and Idyllic is located in the calmer part or the beach. You can go snorkling just next to the resort. We liked to accommodate to the second floor to have more privacy

Service at the front desk is so so. I checked in early and they told me to wait till 2pm which is fine. Returned at 2ish and the front desk looked at me like I was not welcomed. In the end, my room was still not ready till 3pm.

Only redemption is the manager was nice and apologised which was much appreciated.

The room was really big and nice. Way above my expectations. But I am a really light sleeper. The winds caused the windows to bang against the frames and I can’t sleep at night. Not a restful holiday. Hotel should tighten all windows.

The Hotel is very nice and pleasant to stay, the staff is very helpful and attentive. Beachfront area is excellent for some beaching time. Life music (especially when the guy from Philippines are playing) are truly idyllic.
Although I give 5* to this hotel, given very positive experiences of our group of friends, I would still like to mention some drawbacks, in order to allow the team and staff to implement some improvements. Firstly, the water from the pipe is not drinkable, therefore one needs bottled water. The hotel only provides 500 ml per person per day free of charge, although the daily needs of a healthy person in a hot climate may very easily exceed 2000 ml. Given this, the guests are forced to buy water from the reception, which is inadequately priced (50 THB for 500 ml). We were not budget travellers and spent approx. 700 euros for food and drinks during our 4-night stay, but this attempt to make additional money by intentionally not ensuring the physiological needs of a person does not look nice. The food in the restaurant is above average, but not perfect and could be improved. However, the most annoying thing was that the staff had no training about how to serve the food and starters were either brought together with the mains or even after the mains. As most of the staff speak very poor English we were unable to explain that we would like to get starters to share first and the mains after the starters. Also, it was very often that one person gets the food and the others get the food in 8-10 minutes. This should be improved.
In overall, a nice choice to enjoy the sun and tranquility of the island.

Beautiful hotel with the best beach in Koh Lipe and the service here is A+! You can do kayaks for free and they also rent paddles. Beach area has beach chairs, umbrellas and a good bar with really nice cocktails and live music after 18h which was also incredibly nice.
2 beautiful pools, very good and complete breakfast, plus they also have a good food @ the restaurant.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with nice view. Would love to come back to Koh Lipe and stay here again.

Very good hotel with very nice people. The location is just perfect (sunrise beach) and within a walking distance from main street (at least for us).
The hotel provide a Kayak 1h free every day. The breakfast is very complete and the rooms are clean and nice.

We had such a brilliant stay here. The real highlight for us is your amazing staff, they were so kind and brilliant at what they do and we really appreciated it. Especially thank you to Ahn (sorry if I am mis-spelling your name) always such a joy to be around and going the extra mile as well as everyone else we encountered.

The hotel is very clean and nice, on a beautiful beach – Sunrise beach which is my favourite one on the island. Everyday we would walk up to North Point which is the full length of the beach away which would take about 20 minutes where you get a beautiful view of Koh Adang and was a truly breathtaking walk.

Breakfast was great and all the food at the hotel restaurant. Every single dish we tried was so tasty, nothing we can fault! Definitely recommend the pineapple rice and the chicken cashew stir-fry.

Really a great hotel in kho lipe. The area is quite and still you are able to walk everywhere in a few minutes. The staff is super welcoming and makes sure to attend to all needs, they bring you to/from the pier complimentary. Directly on front of the hotel is the best snorkeling area of kho lipe island. When tides are high there is not much room for tanning though.

I really enjoyed my 4-day stay at the Idyllic hotel. It's absolutely beautiful, the rooms are quite modern, and the beach is quite nice too. The huge variety at breakfast was something that I haven't seen too many times before. They also pick you up from the pier upon arriving in Koh Lipe which was lovely and they also bring you back to the pier when you're ready to leave.

The only con is that our room was right above the Reception area. Since they offer a tuctuc to bring you to town or to the pier if you're leaving, their tuktuk is quite busy from very early in the morning. The guy on the tuktuk beeps the horn every time he comes close to Reception for safety purposes I'd say, to make sure people get out of the way when he approaches the hotel.

Therefore, if you don't want to be woken up at 7:30 or so every day, make sure you request a room far away from the hotel's main entrance (where Reception is)

I was at the beach for all 4 days, seeing how each one worked. They care about their customers. And the little point that I see is They also help maintain the hotel's supplies.

For sure I will come back here again.

Idyllic is a very thoughtful place, the infrastructure and amenities have built to cater convenience and comfortable stay for their customers, my friends and I are very satisfied with the place and facilities.
This resort also practice sustainable energy efficiency with solar panel, each unit has solar grid at roof for energy saving which I personally very impressed with it for a commercial resort. Thumbs up to the developer/owner!
They have amazing Hollywood like swimming pool, their snorkeling private boat package and massage price are very reasonable and service are top notch, I enjoy koh lipe and this resort has provided everything we needed and the breakfast buffet is full of varieties and delicious! Must try their noodles and Thai tea! We will definitely return to idyllic for our Lipe trip.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Koh Lipe. The staff greeted us at the pier near Irene resort even though we did not the hotel, they kindly helped us with the luggage and took us to the hotel.

The accommodation at Idyllic Concept Resort is nothing short of exceptional. I stayed in a beautifully appointed villa that offered breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding lush landscapes. The design was a seamless fusion of contemporary elegance and traditional Thai charm, providing a serene and comfortable retreat. With just 1 tiny downside where the bathroom did not have a ventilator.

The service at this resort was unparalleled. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, the staff's attention to detail and genuine warmth made me feel like a valued guest. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They were always available, yet never intrusive, creating a perfect balance of attentiveness and privacy.

Booked deluxe garden view with bath tub which is a plus point and requested for honeymoon bed arrangements and they catered my request with some swan towel arrangements with fresh flowers so loveable! They would go beyond and above! Requested for early check in around 1pm since i'm coming from another resort and they have my rooms ready at around 12pm+ it was very nice! The room for deluxe garden view is near to reception which means they are on top since the resorts are on hill. U need to go down many stairs/steps to reach the beach if you're staying on the deluxe garden view about 5 minutes walk. They can provide halal breakfast for muslims however kindly note they use the same pan as the pan they used for pork though they clean the pan beforehand. Their resorts are very spotless and chic! I love their wooden and industrial concept for their rooms! Lovely staffs and very helpful, most of their staffs can speak english so no need to be worried. They offer free pickup and drop off service from and to pier, would gladly come again in future

We absolutely love this place! The beach is with white sand and the sea colour is just soooo beautiful. If you swim further a bit then there are a lot fish and coral which is perfect for snorkeling. The food is also amazing and we ended up eating here most nights.

This is a nice resort, although I do wish that the junior seaview suite room is a bit bigger to allow for luggage space and seating. For the price it's okay, the location and service makes up for the room size.

The restaurant serves decent food too although breakfast isn't much to shout about, just standard fare.

Overall the service is excellent and they are always courteous and smiling which makes your day much better.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort.
It's located at Sunrise Beach across from the beach.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. There are two pools and a restaurant facing the beach. It's possible to book several activities with them: kayaking (1 hour free per day), paddle, snorkeling trip, etc.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. There was a misunderstanding the day we arrived, we were supposed to be picked up at Pattaya Beach and dropped off at the hotel but there was a misunderstanding so we ended up walking (luckily the island is small so it took us 15min from the Walking Street). The staff offered us several coupons for the restaurant as an apology, so that was nice.

The best hotel in koh lipe, is incredible a 5 star hotel, great people, great services, amizing ubication, best rooms, good food and complementary services are great. Top 10.
