Chae Son National Park

A beautiful National Park with Thermal Hot Springs. Buy some eggs and boil them in the pools the go sit in cool water of the Falls and enjoy a great day.

In keeping with the rest of this fantastic province, Chae Son park is a top notch tourist destination. The short walk to the first waterfall tier is pleasant. However, accessing the upper pools requires a hike up some super steep and sketchy stairs. Show up around mid day for the best lighting conditions. The natural hot springs are very photo friendly. And the private (very private... use your imagination) bath houses are worth a visit.

A well organized Thai National Park located in Chae Son district, Lampang province. Amazing atmosphere especially in the morning time. You can even swim and relax in the park. Your children will love to boil eggs in a natural hot spring.

This is more of a natural hot spring, with Onsen, national hot spring water pool and right beside it is a river. To those who feels the heat can cool himself down in the river. Highly recommended.

The hot springs are nice to look at and you can buy eggs everywhere along the way and in the park to cook them in the springs.

The Hike to the waterfall is a nice loop around with some stairs and easily doable in 30 minutes.

Near the river is a Spa were you can get a private little bathroom or outside you can put your feet into nice warm water. There’s also a river with cold water to cool down the feet.

A very well maintained national park. You'll notice right away the hot spring area. People can cook eggs in there. You can get a basket with eggs to cook at the park. It's something unique to do. There's also an onsen on property, a Thai style massage, and some areas to dip your feet into the hot water.

There's also Chae Son waterfall area. It's a short drive to the trail head. It's a well paved and fairly easy walk to see a river running down 6 levels. The waterfalls are small and nice to just sit around and chill.

Entrance to the park is $200 baht per adult. There are food stalls all around so you don't have to worry about that either. Just relax and enjoy this nicely manicured area.

stayed in the park for the night in a bungalow. the smallest house costs 900 baht/night, it is two storey and is designed for 3 people, the house has a refrigerator, kettle, and glasses. there are also houses for large families. it was very nice to bask in the hot springs at sunset, the only thing we didn’t take into account was that after 6pm you can’t get into private cabins, you can only go to the public pool. in the morning the cabins open at 7am. very beautiful and well maintained park, highly recommend!

Such a rejuvenating & relaxing spot. This park is well maintained with plenty of areas to explore. Bring a bathing suit if you want to swim in the hot springs / river. Pro tip: buy a basket of eggs to boil in the top hot springs for breakfast 🍳

There is an entrance fee for the park. If you’re foreign, it’s 200 baht.

Large area hot spring national park. Nice landscape. Beautiful natural. Big parking lot, free toilets, and hotspring water to relax for everyone in private show room or public area for foot spa. So relaxing.

Naturally area for relaxing and hot spring bath. Really good walking track for nature studying. The walking track is along beside the stream and waterfall.

Very nice. Foreigners should expect something fun. You can cook eggs in the boiling hot springs. They even have signs to tell you how long

You can play in the cool river and the hotsprings and can rent a private room

A really lovely National park. Some lovely waterfalls and some nice places to swim in the river below them. Of course it’s a must to have a go at boiling an egg in the hot springs

Better than what I thought! The place implements good covid policy for tourist's safty. Good nature around the place. I enjoyed boiling onsen eggs in the hot spring and taste your own cooking in wild :P

Natural hot springs and onsen. Normally we can broiled the eggs in the hot spring as you can see in the pic. I didn’t try on onsen, but my friend said it’s awesome. Don’t missed to walk by the walkway to see the waterfall, very natural and relax atmosphere.

Easy to find this place the hot water are good enough for a dip one can also just rest your feet after a long day walk or climbing

Natural hot spring is the highlight for Lampang’s travel. A few activities you can plan; morning (6:30-7pm) for photo shooting (IG post), afternoon for foot healing in the hot spring pond. For kids you can buy a basket of eggs and boil them.
