I had a motorbike accident and have been already in few hospitals before, in Ko Tao, Chumphon and Bangkok. In this hospital I’ve got the most professional treatment. They finally got my deep wound on leg clean. Helped me recover. Great and nice stuff. Best and professional medical care from the Doctor and Nurses. Thank you again. 🙏

Thank you very much Khun Tomas, you helped me a lot during my hospitalization, the whole team of staff is super nice, helpful and standards are high level, they take care a lot of hygiene. Thank you also Khun Sopita, she took very good care and prepared my meals and looked after me for anything I needed. Doctor was always around, if there was any question he described everything and try to help me with my fears. We went there to do ATK Tests for transiting through Singapore. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. We were served very fast and got our required documents for flying after 20min. We paid 300 THB per person.

A well-equipped hospital. Very professional staff. Quick interaction help. We got a package of medicines (food poisoning). I highly recommend!

Feels awkward to rate a PCR test with 5 stars.
Paperwork and testing went straight and 24h later you can pick up your test results. Total cost was 3000 Baht.

Super služby, na místě jsme nic neplatili, vše vyřešeno s pojišťovnou (kontakt předem), příjemný personál plus nás vybavili léky, takže jsme nemuseli ani do lékárny. Příjemné prostředí, v čekárně k dispozici káva a voda zdarma.

Отдыхала в ноябре 2023 на Чанге. Днём покрылись сильной сыпью ноги и руки, появилось неприятное ощущение горения в местах сыпи. Связались со страховой вечером. Нас направили в эту клинику. Очень внимательный персонал. Осмотрели, расспросили. Оказалась аллергическая реакция на солнце (до этого никогда такого не было). Выдали с собой лекарства. На каждом пакетике подписано как, сколько и когда принимать на русском. Приемом осталось довольна.

I had a shin splint but the inflammation moved into the ankle so I couldn’t walk anymorey.
Overall a nice and „good“ experience. You know what to expect when entering a small hospital on an island. Everyone was super friendly and professional, it’s clean and they have everything you need. they took good care of me, I got enough meds to make it over the next 4 days before I could see a specialist in Bangkok.

They asked if x-ray and blood tests are ok (because I will be charged of course) to make sure it’s not gout or a fatigue fracture.
The total costs of all were about 90€ - I can’t even get a consultancy for that amount of money in my country.

They even helped me with the appointment with the specialist in BKK.

I have been to a fiew hospitals on my travels, this one I can recommend.///

Ich habe auf meinen Reisen schon das ein oder andere Krankenhaus von innen gesehen, das hier kann ich empfehlen.

Eine Entzündung aus dem Schienbein hatte sich in den Knöchel ausgeweitet, Gehen war unmöglich geworden.
Man kümmerte sich sehr freundlich und professionell um mich. Die Klinik ist klein aber hat alles was man braucht und es ist sehr sauber.
Ich wurde vor dem Röntgen und der blutabnahme jeweils gefragt ob dies ok sei (wird mir ja berechnet) aber da wir Gicht und eventuell Stressfraktur ausschließen wollten war das ok für mich.

Ich bekam eine Injektion und Genug Schmerzmittel für 4 Tage bis ich einen Spezialisten in Bangkok aufsuchen konnte. Sie halfen mir sogar dabei, einen zu finden und waren so ehrlich einzugestehen, dass sie direkte Injektionen in den Knöchel nicht vornehmen da keiner der anwesenden Ärzte ausgebildeter Orthopäde ist.

Für die Gesamtrechnung von knapp 90€ würde ich in meinem Land nichtmal eine Consultation bekommen.

Die jenigen die sich hier uber die Preise beschweren: diese Klinik ist die „international“ - es gibt auf der Insel auch 2 Public clinics, die sind noch günstiger aber da wartet man dann sehr lange und die Versorgung ist schwierig da dort kaum english gesprochen wird.

Ich musste wegen eines Infekts zum Arzt. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und ich habe mich beim dortigen Arzt sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Arzt hat sich viel Zeit genommen, Dinge und Laborergebnisse zu erklären.
Alle haben ein sehr gutes Englisch gesprochen und die Rechnung war meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht überteuert.
In meinem Fall kann ich eine ganz klare Empfehlung geben, wenn man auf Koh Chang zum Arzt muss.

Certes, les tarifs pratiqués et annoncés avant les soins n'ont rien à voir avec les standards des médecins français.
Pour un dos bloqué par un lumbago, j'ai été pris en charge aux urgences :
- 4.000 bath de consultation
- 5.683 bath de médicaments (soins sur place + médicaments à emporter)

Высокий уровень медицинского оборудования — тест на грипп занимает меньше часа. Хорошие врачи и персонал — обращался уже 3 раза по разным проводам, всё было сделано быстро и правильно, лечение помогло. Как правило, пациентов немного, в очереди сидеть не приходится.

Gute Klinik, professionell und effizient. Wir waren froh Hilfe auf hohem Standard hier in White Sand Beach gefunden zu haben. Nicht billig eher auf deutschem Preisniveau aber das Geld bei ernsten Erkrankungen/Verletzungen wert.
