Unfortunately a mixed experience with this branch. Came in with a request which was rejected due to not bringing the bank book with me when going Koh Chang. I called up the headquarters and they solved the situation via ATM self service (identification check for app transfers) This could have been advised in the branch. Lady teller was friendly and sent me to one of the paper workers who then didn’t want to help with a solution. Bangkok Bank is still a great bank, and my existing branch in Bangkok still rocks 100% 🙏

Bangkok Bank Koh Chang. Lady not dressed in the BKK uniform helped me charging the limit of bangktransfers. Maybe she was the local manager of the bank. She was very competent but very unfriendly too. I felt as a beggar. Not asking me do something but just make a sign with her finger what to do. At the end I said her goodby she did not answer so I said goodby again. No she replied. Not happy with her attitude

Ну ооооочень медленное обслуживание, 9 человек более часа проходили. При этом номер следующего варьируется от операции, с которой он пришёл, т. Е три подряд только что пришедшим могут пойти вперёд вас - уже более часа ждущего и это при системе электронной очереди. Розовый банк в разы лучше.

No queuing system so people that has just arrived cuts the queue over people waiting for an hour. Fix the machine...

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, denke es war sogar der Fillialleiter (Mann). So jemanden darf man nicht in Kontakt mit Kunden bringen. Leider keine andere Alternative auf der Insel. So etwas bin ich von den Fillialen in Bangkok nicht gewohnt.
