Great Gym. They have almost every Machine and free weights you will ever need. Good aircon and alot of cardio Options.
200 THB is a fair price for what is offered highly recommend. I will surely come again If I visit Koh Chang.

Great gym if you’re staying in WSB area. Nice and clean with good aircon & fans. All the equipment is well maintained & pretty new condition. No toilet in the gym itself but you can use toilets just a couple of doors down from the gym. Found the staff friendly enough. Got a month’s subscription over Dec-Jan which I thought was reasonable given the standard of the gym. Good selection of equipment.

10/10 for cleanliness and variety in machines. Usually on vacation I’m unable to find a gym that will cater to my needs since I require many different machines however this gym had excellent quality equipment and was also very clean aswell as being indoors with an good AC unit.

Easily the best gym on the island. Brand new top of the range Matrix equipment. The staff don't have much English but are perfectly ok. A few small words of warning - no changing rooms, showers or water on site but all available in the adjoining modern parade of shops.

Very western and modern gym - personally I prefer the more rag-tag ones with a bit of charm, but you can’t argue with the fact that this is definitely good quality.
The price for a day pass is 200 baht, which is great value for money

Good AC; very clean; brand new equipment. And a couple of related perks few visitors know about. We signed up for monthly passes (very cheap during the off season) which gets us entrance to the pool at the Lagoon resort swimming pool across the street! Also, DIRECTLY across the street is an alley way that leads to a quiet stretch of White Sands beach. Weather permitting we stroll down there after a workout for a swim. The guy who is always at the front desk in the afternoon when we get there is very friendly. He answered all our questions when we first got to town. He was so nice, I had to ask him what's with the reports of surly front desk staff. Apparently one of the trainers gives off a vibe, but "is really a good person, and will help you if you ask". Anyway, the gym is owned by a resort that depends on customer good will. Maybe the bad reviews paved the way for my gf and I. Just say "sawaddi" when you arrive and leave, bring your own towel and mind your own business. It's a great little gym.

Un peu cher mais plus ou moins le même prix que les autres salles sur l'île mais le matériel est de très bonne qualité, la salle est propre, bonne clim...

Klimaanlage, die Geräte sind neu und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Total zum Empfehlen.
