Suporn Lakeview Hotel

A great place if you want to have rest during a roadtrip.
It's not a room but a flat : living / kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Clean and nice! Not expensive.
Pool is not very big but nice too.
I didn't try restaurant because closed on Sunday.
Lotus and 7/11 are close. Park with nice view too.

I lived at this location for 1 year and since then further developments have made the location even more perfect. Located next to a beautiful lake the small town is rural yet convenient. There is a regular bus service to the near by city but the backdrop here is green and peaceful. The accommodation provides service and catering with an English speaking host. The grounds are safe and secure with a pool to refresh oneself. It is ideal for families who wish to visit traditional Thailand. Long stay vacations are possible with very attractive rates and services provided. The rooms are spacious and high standard. I recommend this place with no hesitation or regret. My year there was very pleasant and perfect :)

Hidden Gem
Good staff, quiet location next to the lake, fast wi-fi, good food and wonderfully clean mid-sized pool. The rooms are like apartments with a separate bedroom. The owner speaks great English and is very helpful even cooking us breakfast herself on a Sunday when the kitchen is closed. Only small thing i would like is a lamp in the bedroom. 5 stars from me.

If you are planning on staying anywhere near TrakanPhuetPhon in Ubon province, this is the best option, by FAR. The rooms are an apartment with lounge, kitchen, separate bathroom and aircon bedrooms.
Spotlessly clean, brilliant WiFi, TV with loads of English movies, clean swimming pool ....great food, everything you could possibly need, at a cheap price for what you get.
But the best thing about this place is the lovely, generous, kind and wonderful owner and staff, who will go out of their way to help every customer with any request.
I cannot fault this beautiful place, and would recommend to anyone.
Probably the best I have found in 35 years of travelling Thailand.

Value for money!! Suprised about the space of the room! Everthing was very clean! Friendly staff, good food, nice pool and good location. Next time we'll stay absolutely longer!

A lot of room for a small price. Everything clean and new and working. Wi-Fi great, tv top, people kind. Nice new lake with park under construction but with potential. I recommend this place.

Un havre de paix! Le cadre, le logement, le restaurant et le personnel sont vraiment au top niveau. C'est une adresse trouvée par hasard, (nous sommes cyclo-randonneurs), que nous recommandons .

Personnel très aimable, logements ultra spatieux... Salon séparé de la chambre. Nourriture tres bonne, un endroit excellent !
