Krabi Town Night Market

Busy, fun, lots of choices. We ate 2 nights there, it can get very busy.
The entertainment is also really popular and the fight stadium is there also which starts at 9pm so even busier then.

Small night market but you can find many street food and souvenir here at a good price, only open from Fri to sun every week. Krabi town definitely less touristy and much quieter compared to Ao Nang, but you will be able to experience how is Krabi life here.

If you're staying in Ao Nang beach area, it's definitely worth the 20 minutes ride out to this Krabi town night market.
You'll find freshly prepared delicious real Thai foods at a very reasonable price from many friendly vendors. You can also find souvenirs at a cheaper price than Ao Nang beach area.
There were plenty of seats and tables and the area was well organized and clean (unlike Landmark night market chaos). They also have some talented Thai musicians performance.
We went there on a Sunday night. Get there early by 6PM. Some of the food vendors closed early at 9 PM. It's a great place to try delicious cheap dishes.

A fun place in the evenings for a good bargain or for great local street food. Finding parking is a bit of a challenge so make sure to come earlier for a spot or a bit later in the evenings.

Genuine place where locals meet tourists, drink meets food, all the while amateurs give their best on the stage singing ... or trying to sing. Or dance, or juggle, ...

Lively atmosphere, with great food and souvenirs. Mix of locals and tourists enjoying the food and the festivities. We tried baked potatoes with garlic butter, chicken and pork skewers, mango and pineapple smoothie, some local chewy sweet balls and coconut ice cream. They were all delicious 😍

A must visit when you are in Krabi.. lots of small shops, many of them with handcrafted things and a lot of food. They usually have a live music to it as well.

So many food stalls. Also have the souvenir stalls....love the atmosphere. The price for the food and cloth are more cheaper than in Aonang. You wont regret to go to this night market.

The best night market in Krabi! Everything is on one places. We really love to come here to grab snacks and smoothies. There are many many food stall selling all kind of seafood, sushi, drinks, ice cream, pancake, thai food and more. And their prices is absolutely the cheapest and very affordable. Definitely worth and fun 🤩

One of my favorite is the squid from her. She has the best Thai seafood sauce ever!! amazing 😻

There is this lady selling nice handmade bags with reasonable price (starts from only 100 baht). Nice souvenir!

There are so many food stalls and other stalls that sell different items.

You absolutely must visit this market if you are in town on the weekend, you will not regret it.

We spent the whole evening roaming around and enjoying the scenery, shopping and just relaxing.

You will find so many interesting things to buy, to eat and to see there.

One of the better markets we have seen. Lots of vendors and much more unique stuff than many of the markets. The food vendors are fantastic. There is a huge range and very good prices. We tried many things and they were all good. Make sure you find the 99 baht cocktails they were delicious.

Was a nice market with reasonable prices. Just could have a lil more variety. But it's great nonetheless

This is the second time we have visited the weekend night market after first going in 2019. Its a fab market with lots of food stalls and a stage with local live music so a bit like a mini food and drink festival. We arrived for 6pm when it opened on the friday and would recommend that time so get freshly cooked food when it's a bit quieter. The sushi stall was amazing. Each piece was 10B so a about 23p in UK money so amazing value and best I've had. Lots of locals eat there at the market after school/work which is a good sign. Be brave and try lots of different foods. If you are looking for a market that is mostly clothes and souvenirs this isn't the one for you but if you want a friendly local style market with great food and a few stalls give it a try. Some people have complained about it being small but we loved it and spent a good few hours exploring and eating and listening to the bands. Nearby lots of bars too. We had a great time.

This is one of the places that everyone must visit (i.e. Thailand) and spend at least 2-3 days or even more. On Krabi Island, you can get beautiful beaches, a quiet, relaxing and peaceful mind + friendly people and a night market which I believe opens 3 days a week. DON'T MISS IT. 🌹🙂🌻😉⛱😄🇹🇭
