What a wonderful time at Koh Surin with SeaStay Local Guide! They are a freediving tour guide that provides full service from picking up at Phuket Airport, arranging sleeping accommodations, providing food, to dropping off at the airport.

I loved all the dive locations - we saw sharks, lots and lots of fish, and beautiful coral! I'm a recreational freediver, so we stayed around 3-8 meters depth. If you're a professional diver looking for depth, it might be good to let them know your expectations in advance. SeaStay offers freediving fins, goggles, snorkeling tubes, and weights for rent as well.

They also have a professional underwater video grapher to capture the moment of you underwater with the fishes! They gave me all the footage, no holding back, no hidden fees. I didn't use my GoPro at all and I'm glad there was someone to take videos of me so I could show it to my family and friends!

The food was good! Local Thai food and basic options like white bread, butter, and eggs. Everything they have has to be brought from the mainland. There are no restaurants besides the one provided by the national park. So, bring your own snacks and goodies that you preferred.

The tent was very comfortable! We got a beachfront one. They provided a portable fan and light at night. Definitely bring your own power bank to charge your device as electricity only turns on from 6 PM to 8 AM.

Bring cash if you want to buy crafts from the Moken Islanders. Everything is handmade and a good way to support the locals.

I had the most amazing time with SeaStay at Surin islands! Nicole and S and Nat and the local Moken divers made us feel so safe and cared for the entire time! All our needs were anticipated and all my dives were caught on camera and i loved every minute of it! They brought us to unbelievably beautiful dive spots, so beautiful it almost seemed unreal! And every single time i dove, i felt very safe because there’s always 1 of them diving with me and another taking a video. It was one of the best trips of my life and i will recommend it to anyone! Surin islands is a paradise and SeaStay is the best tour guide to explore the island with! ❤ Special thank you to Nicole, S and Nat! ❤

Trip with Seastay is a recharge for me. I went with them many times and enjoyed every minute. Every year I will find a slot to get away from all my stress and Surin island is the best choice. You can relax and stay with yourself and the sea. Seastay freedive is the best in Surin Island! All the staff and moken kids are very nice and caring. N’Nat helps capture a lot of nice photos for us. Highly recommended 🤘🏻
