Minitel By The Sea

we stayed at Minitel by the sea for 5 nights. the location and beach are stunningly beautiful. the rooms were clean and comfortable with efficient air conditioning. the breakfast was adequate and well presented. all the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and encouraged us in our efforts to learn some Thai. there is no restaurant but there is a takeaway menu and food can be delivered to your room. it is also possible to hire a motorbike so that you can eat at neighbouring restaurants and cafes. it takes about 15 minutes on the bike to samroiyod. we would love to come and stay again.

Here I recommend you guys a quiet, personal beach not far from the famous Cha-um. I and my partner felt like we were at our ideal seaside home. I felt again in a long while that "most people were nice". Apart from the sandy shore, they had a nice swimming pool. B/F were delightful : )

I have never in my 24 years of living and travelling in Thailand been so thoughtfully taken care of as during today's visit at Minitel by the Sea. The lovely staff were very attentive, helpful and kind, delivering hot tea when I escaped the rain. I'm very impressed and will definitely go there again.

Excellent resort next to Sam roi yot beach and national park. It is the only resort on this small beach. Room are clean and all close to the beach. This place only serves breakfast.
