Visited in August 2023

Though now the lotus blooming period has passed in this year,
this place is still very beautiful to have some free time with the natural.

I wish I could come here again if not the travelling difficulty to reach here.
There's no bus, no taxi, no grab car in this areas. Be prepared to spend more on travelling by hiring a private driver. Or you can rent a motorbike to drive on your own.

200 bahts entry ticket for each foreigner.
500 bahts for a boat ride(about 1 hr).

Do yourself a favor and visit Bueng Bua Boardwalk. Not only are there an abundance of various birds to see, but the views are breathtaking.
Also, for 500Baht, you can add a magical boat ride to a nice walk.

Just a friendly fyi, no domestic animals are allowed; due to them possibly disturbing the wildlife, including service dogs (very understandable).

Really nice walk. It's not a loop so same way there and back again - total approx. 1,8 km. You have to pay entrance fee to Khao Sam Roi Yot national park 200 thb/person), but it's whole day tickets so you can visit more places. Near the entrance you can buy a one hour boat ride for 500 thb/boat (not per person). There are much more birds to see than from the broadwalk, so I would definitely recommend it. Broadwalk was also amazing, it seems there was old one and new one was built near it.

The newly created boardwalk and the 12 high observation tower are magnificent. Unfortunately, the path is only 90% complete. The last piece back to the road is still missing, so we had to walk back the whole way of over 1 km.

Clean place, great view. It's November, great weather but there is not many lotus. It can be easily disappointed coming at the wrong time. I asked the local, they said around January, February are the great time for lotus. Or to be exact just after New Year is great. Toilet is clean. 👍👍👍

A long but beautiful walk through a wetland area. Several places to sit down, and a couple to climb. And on your way out, get some of the barbecue-seasoned dried jackfruit! It was amazing.

If you are in Hua Hin, this should be a "Must Visit" place in your itinerary list. We never regret coming here though it's a long drive(1hr) from our resort. Paid 200bht per pax for entrance fee(kid is 100bht) and 500bht for a boat tour(can sit up to 4Adults but we have 4adults and 2 toddlers). The boatman were superb, helping us take picture and stop as and when there's any unique place for pics. We visited a Cave temple and up a view point around the Cave. Overall a nice experience that no one should miss if you're at Hua Hin. We felt that the boatman desired a token of appreciation and we decided to tips him after end of the trip. Don't take my words, come and experience yourself.

Easily one of the most beautiful natural parks in Thailand. A must see for anyone going to Hua Hin or Pranburi (or farther south). It costs 200 baht for foreigners but that ticket also covers other attractions in the park. I highly recommend taking the boat tour for an additional 500 baht. I last about an hour and gives you better views than the boardwalk. You also get to go to a viewpoint that lets you see more of the wetlands from above. I know it’s a bit of a drive to get there but don’t miss out on this place!

Epic journey! 500 thb for an hour of boat ride through the lilly lake, with beautiful mountains and a lot of birds around. Just go there, you won’t be dissapointed.

Very tranquil location. I’ve never been to a tourist location this silent. No sound of vehicles or anything man made could be heard here. Do take the boat ride in the lake, it’s worth every penny you pay. It’s a shame they’ve made this a no drone zone

Very nice place to take pictures... loaded with lake full of lotus in back drop of mountain range... if you are visiting any of caves like Sai cave or Phraya Nakhon you the same entry ticket to visit this place but it must be on same day. Entry fee for foreigners is 200B adult 100B kids.. but using the same ticket you can visit 8 locations on same day

One of the most serene and beautiful places in Hua Hin. It's about 50KM away from Hua Hin. Located within a national park which has other sites such as the Phra Nakon. The drive is scenic. Best to visit before 9am before the sun rise if you want truly mesmerizing photos. The sun does make it very hot and humid. The entrance ticket is B200 and valid for an entire day to visit all sites within the park.

The boardwalk on the marsh is spectacular and very less crowded. You can really enjoy the beauty of the place in peace.

To see the lotus, it is a good idea to go there in the morning, as the lotus are still fresh and the weather temperature is not so hot. In addition, the sun will not be too bright to take pictures. The boat will guide visitors to the beautiful spots of lotus, mountains, and Buddha images in the small cave.

A beautiful boat ride through the lotus flowers and reed beds. Loads of birds and beautiful views of the mountains. The trip takes about 1 hour. Go late afternoon to enjoy the beautiful golden light of that time of dayor go early morning for best chance to see the birds. Boat cost 500 baht. Good quality lifejackets available, but it's so shallow we didn't wear ours. There are bathrooms, a restaurant and even rooms for rent at the entrance.

What a stunning and photogenic place. I love the limestone mountains and the preserved wetlands. Lots of pink lotus, although not so many blooming during our visit - but still so amazing. We arrived at 4 pm and it's open until 6 pm. I would do that timing again or come first thing in the morning if you want. We did not take the optional boat (฿500) and that was fine. Part of the boardwalk was closed for maintenance (August 2020) but it didn't really change the experience much.

I am in love, definitely coming back again, got the boat for 500 bhat and was so worth it, I can't explain what it was like, here are some photos for you to see. Come during sundown the view is unexplainable.
