Nice spot for Photographer's. Thailand's little grand canyon. The name means place to see the stars. Recommended time is the winter season when the Mekong River has low tide. During the day visit the place either in the morning or evening. Best light and not so hot. The locals offer to bring guests with a car closer to the spot. We need to pay 300 THB for the car, devided by all passenger. We were six...
The beauty was that some boys accompanied the car and showed us the best spots whilst the other were looking for those. And they were so nice and help the older or not so mobile to move around. Time needed - less than two hours.

Such the most beautiful Khong river bank(not exactly bank you can say in middle of the Khong river) I ever seen, it can be found in end of winter to end of summer. According to natural architecture, it made this place attractive people to come and see how nature created an architectural design. It comes with very divisibly panoramic views. Beautiful, creative, amazing, wonderful, awesome and etc. I don’t know how to describe and how does it be? I just wanna make you guys who’d like to find out a natural thing that can make you WOW !!! Don’t miss it, just come once in your life then you’ll say THANKS to me

Hard Chom Dao (หาดชมดาว) at Na Tan district, Ubon Ratchathani. One of the breathtaking scenery created by the natural phenomenon. You can see the Mekong River landscape and exotic appearances of stones, rocks and basins caused by the erosion

Great spot for watching stars at night. Don’t come in the afternoon, very sunny, very hot and humid. Best time to come during November to February in the morning for sunrise view and sunset view after 4pm.

Love this place great sandstone rock formations and swimming holes it's not that far to walk from the car park but the first part, which is a concrete road, is steep interesting swirl holes, rock shapes and pools delightful We took so many photos.
