Seniat Eshems

This place is amazing! Raouf and Agnes are very nice, they have a dog and two donkeys and a big field that belongs to them they can show you, full of olive and other trees! If you go around spring/summer you will even have a swimming pool just for you! It's a perfect place to escape this crazy world for a bit!

The cottage is an amazing place to relax. The house contains two comfortable bedrooms with clean sheets. There is a fireplace and a small kitched. The garden is amazing, there's a pool filled with clean water (that's also used for agriculture) and a grill. The place is eco-friendly. The host is very nice and will provide you with anything you need.

The place was amazing, super cozy and warm. The owner was very hospitable and friendly. The family dog is the sweetest and she took us on a tour to see the farm and the trees. It literally feels like home. The Senia has great quality honey, thyme essential oil and water. Highly recommend it!

An amazing getaway!

Seniat Eshems is a very cozy space for a fun getaway, with lovely green scenery and a very homy house. The owner Roufa is the best host you can ask for, he's very nice and kind. This was my third stay at Seniat Eshems and I definitely plan on going back again soon.

It does not get any better! If you're in Tunisia and have a car, this is the spot. Gorgeous House Farm, and the nicest people you'll encounter. Entry is smooth, everything is marvelously clean and safe for kids and quiet !!!

One of the best places I’ve stayed at in Tunis. Super friendly hosts, amazing plot with thoughtful touches everywhere and surrounded by beautiful nature with great views.

Recommended for anyone looking to escape the city and spend a few days in a quiet and calm environment. Place is clean, spacious and cosy, with lovely décor. Furthermore hosts were amazing.
Living area is surrounded by a large area of well kept fields, view is nice.

Hosts speak good French, English and Arabic. They were very helpful, are good company and respect privacy.
Food provided was delicious and cooked with passion.

La maison est parfaitement équipée pour répondre à tous vos besoins, vous permettant de vous détendre et de profiter pleinement de votre séjour. La propreté est impeccable, ce qui ajoute à l'agrément du lieu.

Mr Raouf, le propriétaire, est d'une serviabilité exemplaire. Toujours disponible et prêt à vous aider, il veille à ce que vous disposiez de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour parfait.

En somme, Saniet Shamess est un véritable petit coin de paradis où vous pourrez vous ressourcer et profiter pleinement de vos vacances. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent calme, confort et convivialité.

Un mot "Magnifique" ! Il est difficile de faire mieux en Tunisie, l'endroit est superbe. Pour un soir d’été comme pour un soir d'hiver , on a passe un agréable séjour entre amis. On a profiter du jardin avec la "jebia"(piscine) où l'eau est toujours fraîche ! Le soir vous pouvez admirer toutes les étoiles puisqu'il n'y a 0 pollution lumineuse.
Je recommande a tout le monde !
