We have been using Cizgi rent a car, every year for the last 4 years. By far they are the cheapest and most reliable company we have been with. This year we had the Peugeot 2008 diesel and it didn’t fail us one bit. Thank you for your great service Cizgi.

A company with the best prices and rental conditions. Everything is done quickly and clearly in electronic form. I received the car that I booked on the website, the mileage is 23,000 km. The car was in good working order, the air conditioning worked. A child seat is provided upon request. The tank was empty, but it was enough to get us to the nearest gas station. Thank you!

This was a good experience and I’d recommend these guys. We got a ca rental for ten days from Antalya airport, didn’t book beforehand, just went up to the window and asked for rates, they explained everything including insurance and drop off in Izmir airport. There systems weee down so they had to write by hand, but even then they service was good.

Izmir airport drop off - this is the tricky thing, you have to drop off at the international terminal, and there is a gate, the guy was asleep inside so it took a few minutes to figure out what to do. Just plan ahead for the drop off.

No trouble getting and returning the car. Overall the car worked as expected. We paid 253 euros for 8 days (excluding gasoline) which was fine for us. The personnel spoke English sufficiently which was also nice. Would recommend!

One tip to management: when you search for Cizgi Rent a Car near the Airport you get multiple locations which is confusing.

Best price you can get in the airport or maybe around the coast. A lot of payment options: cash or cards. No deposit! No prepayment!

MY GENUINE REVIEW:
I was in Antalya and wanted to rent a car for a few days.
I researched about it for almost a week, I don’t think anyone else would have done this much research to rent a car in Antalya. I contacted 15-20 companies and compared everything: Price, Mileage, Car condition, insurance, customer reviews, customer dealing, etc. etc.

I finally came to a conclusion to book with CIZGI Cars at Antalya Airport (I was a tourist and was already living in Old Town Antalya).
I went to their office and there I met “Arif” who was their representative. Arif spoke great english and answered all my questions with so much positivity and honesty. I was given an amazing price for 4 days.
I went on to visit more places in Turkey than I had decided to I extended it to another 3 days. They were always responsive on calls and were polite. Always understood what I wanted to say and helped me with it. They speak great english too.
On the last day when I was coming back from Mardin, there was some noise from the car Turbo. I called them up and they asked me to go to a mechanic (15 mins away from me, they sent me the location too). My car was fixed in 20 minutes and I didn’t have to pay anything, they even extended another day for me because I couldn’t travel the previous night because of the car noise as I didn’t want to take a risk.
Finally, I CAN DEFINITELY SAY THAT THIS IS THE BEST CAR RENTAL COMPANY IN ANTALYA ACCORDING TO ME and I would highly recommend it to other people!

No deposits, no credit cards required. You just pay for the rental in cash or card and that's all :) All the documents are sent over email. Totally hustle free process. Highly recommended!!!

For 3 days of use, our impressions were excellent.
A car was waiting for us at the booked time.
Condition of the car was excellent. The car looked new, no scratches or anything like that. Salon inside was perfectly clean and smelled nice.
Еngine and all mechanisms worked properly and clearly.
Staff is friendly, the service is excellent. It's a pleasant experience, we hope that it will continue like this :) We recommend.

I was taken an amazing car.
Peugeot 3008 for one week.
Punctured a tire on my way back to Antalya but it's OK. Cizgi didn't penalize me this failure.

Excellent experience for renting a car for three weeks in May in Antalya. Picking-up a car at mid-night in the airport - 3 staff members in the office, quick and professional documents collection, renting contract has been arranged and signed electronically, the car was ready in front of the office. the whole procedure for picking up a car was taken about 10 min. Contract is sent by e-mail immediately. Drop-off the car in the morning also in the airport (3 people in the office) - it takes 2 minutes. I was 30 minutes late due to a huge traffic jam in Antalya - no problem. Electronic confirmation that everything is fine. Overall - very professional and fantastic service! I can only recommend it to anyone!

they are the best among all others in antalya Airport I checked almost all car rental offices all gave me high rates and some of them even didn't talk nicely. But Cizgi gave me good price and Mr Arif is nice gentleman very friendly. Car was in good condition. I extended additional days which they did easily over the phone. drop off was very smooth. Great service, reasonable prices. I took Fiat diesel for two weeks ( 2020 year with 13k mileage). Pick-up and drop-off of the car in five minutes. Electronic documents. They offered to take additional insurance, I refused. They did not insist. Good inspection of the car at pick-up by the crew. No additional charges, no deposit, no credit card. Everything is convenient and fast, no complaints. For my part, I drove the car carefully, kept it clean and washed it before returning at the nearest gas station for a few lire. Recommend.

Good company! They were only one company who didn't needed credit card for locking deposit of 1000 EUR. I only had a debit card so they helped me a lot

I checked all Car rentals in Turkey for my trip. This has best rates so I booked a honda civic. They gave me 2020 model civic and he once asked if I need extra insurance and I said no, so he didn't ask the second time, unlike others which forced you to buy extra insurance and their fuel policy is empty tank on return not like others who ask for full tank. I drove Civic to 8 cities from Antalya to Kayseri, returned the car at Kayseri airport and they didn't checked the car like other rental cars. They relieved me in 5 minutes and didn't ask any questions. So overall experience is best and I totally recommend it.

I rent a car for a week in Antalya. I got a brand new Citroen. The company's parking is located close to the airport terminal. Easy pick up in the night and drop off during a busy day.

Best Rent car company with reliable people, and very helpful in all questions with help of google translator, we enjoyed the car driving in the Turkey highways , beautiful scenery and very high standard of Roads with perfect indications of road signs , people on the Roadside petrol bunks were very helpful, mainly all Toilets of Mens& women’s were very clean .
