Kiteboarding Zanzibar Pwani mchangani

Had a great time kiting in Pwani! Thanks to the easy communication with Nina I was able to pick the perfect day and kite with amazing conditions. The school offers good equipment and the staff is very helpful. I wished I could have rented the kite per hour (it’s half day or full day) but it wasn‘t a big problem a all

I was visiting kiteboarding zanzibar pwani at off season time because i was at zanzibar for other reasons. All i needed was gear rent for one day. The guys from kitecenter made that possible including organization of transfer from/to my hotel. So in terms of kiteboarding center everything was perfect for me. Experience over all was lets say reasonable. But this was mostly due to wind conditions (wind was very gusty and over all too weak) and for sure not due to these guys. They even advised me that wind could be too weak. The spot itself is huge, but at high tide its not shallow water lagoon like in other pots in zanzibar.

I‘m so happy that I found this kitesurfing school. As I had just started with kitesurfing, I took several lessons. The instructors are really good. They are so professional, give good feedback and are very motivating. After a few days I was able to rent gear. Even though I just rented and went out alone, they were supervising me and gave me really good advice. I was nervous going out alone but with these instructors and their way how they work, I felt absolutely safe all the time. I totally recommend this school! I had an amazing time.

Awesome little kiteboarding place! Don’t waste your time with the others on the beach! I had a lesson with Gideon and he was amazing, very patient!

Good beach

In unserem Urlaub auf Zanzibar haben mein Bruder und ich uns dazu entschieden kitesurfen zu lernen.
An einem Abendspaziergang am Strand sind wir auf diese Surfschule gestoßen.
An den abgemachten Tagen wurde uns kurz und zuverlässig Bescheid gesagt, sobald der Wind genug war um zu starten.
Mein Bruder und ich können nur Gutes sagen und erinnern uns gerne an unsere ersten Kitestunden zurück

Durante nuestras vacaciones en Zanzibar, decidimos realizar un curso de kitesurf con ellos de 2 dias y fue una experiencia inmejorable! Nuestra instructora transmite pasión por lo que hace y el trato fue maravilloso, priorizando siempre la seguridad del alumno. El equipo que utilizamos para las clases de 10!!!!

Gracias a todo el equipo por hacernos disfrutar de esta experiencia inolvidable. Recomendable 100%!!! Nos quedamos con ganas de más y repetiríamos sin dudarlo!!

Great instructor, aggressive owner.
Pre-paid for 2 classes and made myself available all week to wait for good wind conditions. First class with a great instructor. Second class, wind was too low to ride upwind for my level. While peacefully waiting on the beach for the wind to pick-up and enjoy, the owner aggressively patronized me to get in the water "You listen to me! The wind is enough! You're not here to have fun, you're here to learn! You don't know kitesurf, I know kitesurf!". Only one other kite in the water, struggling due to the poor wind conditions. Laughable. They eventually offered to re-schedule, I wasn't interested.

Very unprofessional people who seem to be more interested in money that providing an enjoyable experience. They overcharged us for transport and gear. Try other schools nearby
