Simba Beach Zanzibar Lodge & Restaurant

Simba Beach is an amazing place, very clean and right by the beach. We loved hearing the waves all throughout the night and in the morning we'd wake up to a beautiful sunrise.
The host, Chantal, is great and all the staff are amazing and kind people.
Highly recommend!

We spent three lovely days at Simba Beach lodge.
The hosts were so lovely and they have two adorable daughters who were the sweetest ever.

It is right by the beach so it was great to walk out from the room directly to the sea.
The place is clean and the breakfast was nice.
Very serene place - highly recommend it to anyone going to zanzibar.

Nice, quite and cozy place located on stunning Kiwengwa beach. You can feel at home. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice place to stay due to possibility to walk around the beach and enjoy beautiful sunshines. Within few minutes walking on the beach Kiwengwa is plenty of restaurants, bars, kitesurfing spots and schools. I recommend Simba's restaurant as well. We tasted many of their dishes and all was good. Breakfast is ok with a good selection of homemade cakes and cookies. Fresh fruit, omelettes and so on. A huge thank to Marco, his family and his staff for the nice time shared.

This is a piece of Heaven in the Earth. Excellent clean accomodation, big bathroom with hot water. Tasty food and super nice staff. If you wanna stay right on the beach, this is a perfect place for you.

Very quite, super friendly place, run by an italian family. So the place is also very Kids friendly, the food is very good and and all rooms are next to the ocean.

Love this place. Staff are so friendly and the prices are pretty good, but you just cannot beat that view and the mood is just so "Hakuna Matata"!

La struttura e' davvero comoda, nella sua semplicità molto pulita e carina, la stanza di fronte l'oceano con la sua alba di fronte è impagabile. Si mangia davvero bene e se vuoi il tavolo sulla spiaggia..pronti.. Chantal e Marco davvero gentili e disponibili per tutto. Arnold che ti accoglie nei pasti, una gentilezza unica. Insomma io sono stata davvero bene qui.

Localitá eccellente. Atmosfera speciale. Cibo sempre fresco e di massima qualitá. Le camere situate diretamente sulla spiaggia con vista di mare.
Accoglienza e soggiorno al massimo . Tutto il staff gentile e professionale. I propietari Chantal e Marco sempre in disposizione nonstop per aiutare e consigliare.
Racomando ai tutti, che cercano atmosfera familiare.

Une superbe expérience pour terminer notre périple en Tanzanie. Entre un personnel chaleureux, professionnel, attentionné et des responsables à l’écoute et ultra arrangeant au quotidien, nous avons vraiment passé un bon moment. Chantal et son équipe ont organisé au pieds levé toutes nos excursions avec des prestataires sérieux pour des tarifs très raisonnables.

Notre chambre avait vue sur la mer, nous avons donc été bercés par le bruit de l’océan chaque nuit. La literie est très bonne et les sanitaires très corrects.

L’emplacement est idéal , situé sur la côte est à 1h de l’aéroport, 45 minutes du Nord et 1h30 du Sud : un petit havre de paix que nous vous recommandons !

Siamo stati da marco e Chantal per 10 giorni.. Posso solo dire meravigliosi. Chantal e marco sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. La maggior parte delle escursioni le abbiamo fatte con loro, senza avere il minimo pensiero. Hanno uno staff efficiente e sempre molto disponibile. Camere sempre pulite, e direttamente sulla spiaggia. Insomma lo consiglio a chi vuole fare una vacanza al sapore d'africa, essendo sempre coccolati.
