I had a nice stay there in march 2023, a few things to improve imo : rooms are all the same size, a few bigger suites for families / group will be nice. Also you are not welcomed for lunch or dinner if you dont stay at the hotel , which is not usual in Zanzibar , most hotels ask minimum spending with I understand but refuse clients is not cool

Very nice hotel, perfect and rich Buffet , very clean facilities and perfect location but with small beach ! A short girl usually working in the restaurant was rude and sometimes the employees were asking money instead of room number, meaning they were talking the money for themselves. This happened a couple of times in bars and in the mini market where coffee and milk shakes were being made.

Stayed here for 10 nights, hotel,staff, food all A1, people are so welcoming and friendly always meet you with a smile,local people are the same, had a fabulous holiday, the trips we did were excellent, safari was just amazing,the spice tour and prison Island with the turtles is a must see, and the dolphins and snorkeling trip was a great day also.great Island vibe highly recommended

Wow from the start , travel all over the world and this is one of my best holidays✈🥰❤👍most chilled #relax hotel food was so fresh and tasty our room 151 was great size up at the top pool,The staff were so friendly also happy Jambo Jambo😀 if u want a party place then this inst for you,it's pure zen 🥰🥰 we book trips through the hotel at crabs yours with Jane,Fabian who were so helpful we did three trip all fab safari was the highlight of them all mind-blowing experience weather was fab😍
If I had to find a negative it would be the spa staff always coming trying to sell spa#massage treatments also more bins around the hotel#beach also the locals are so lovely on the beach they have thay own shop to braid your hair massage,hena beautiful beach wraps etc

But this hotel Zanzibar Bay Was my first time, it was truly an amazing stay

We are now here. The resort is amazing, I definitely recommend. It feels much better than in the photos. we are really pleasantly surprised. The sea has a big ebb, but we felt it. The helpful staff at the reception will make up for everything - they will arrange transport and pick-up to the best beaches in the north. The food is great, a large selection and if someone really does not choose, everything will be saved by live cuisine or a large selection of vegetables and salads. The equipment of the rooms is great, the rooms are cleaned every day, bedside. Bravo. The staff is just as helpful and kind. The only weaker place is that the bars open until 11:00 and weaker wifi in the rooms, but at the pools and outside there is no problem with the signal.

It was incredible. The staff was very accommodating, the resort is absolutely stunning, and there is lots to do on the property. The receptionist Carol is fantastic and I will definitely be coming back here. They made it first time in Zanzibar very memorable.

This was my 4th stay at this hotel and everything is always top notch. Especially the hotel staff is obliging, nice and friendly to guests. I really wanted to appreciate the work of wonderful animators who make the hotel a pleasant place to rest in a good atmosphere. Abdul the animator is always happy to help guests and ensure a good atmosphere. I sincerely recommend! I will definitely come back there soon :)

Very nice hotel, quite big , but not crowded. Comfortable and clean rooms. Lots of space, beautiful flowers and plants. Several bars, quiet resting areas, comfortable swimming pools, restaurant with a really great variety of very testy food. Lots of facultative excursions and very good animation in the hotel.
Excellent staff - very polite, smiling, professional and helpful.

I loved everything about it would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a holiday in Zanzibar. From the reception to the cleaners the food the bars everything was awesome.deserves to be 5 star. You guys were awesome.

The price convinced us to go, what we received convinced us that we should go back there ASAP!

Giving a 5-star rating should be seen in the context of what the resort promises to be and deliver. They never pretended to be a 5-star resort, but offered soooo much more, than their official resort rating (3 1/2 star) suggests. We'll be back!
