Great place, Delicious Food! You should definitely take your loved ones here. It's a bit pricey though but worth it...seafood...local food chicken curry...was amazing... Price is best

Sea food is really good, fresh and the prices are very good. Actually it’s really a very big difference to some other places.

I got the big platter with every sea food, from which I liked the octopus the most. Also the lobster was really big.

For payment it would be better to come with shilings rather than dollar, as they might not have change.

The only downside was a wait time that was a bit high for the food to come. But overall it was okay.

Delicious food! We tried one night and then we went straight for four days! Everything was very tasty especially the cigal, lobster and the french fries, also try the fish curry.

Food is excellent , so so so delicious, I had avocado tomato salad, shrimp curry and grilles lobster, everything was super delicious, and ambiance is very cool too and service is friendly , this restaurant is a must to try

Been here twice. We ordered samosa, grilled fish, grilled calamari and seafood pasta. All was very good although pasta was very basic. Be wary that service is long since there is only one chef.

Prices are really ok (around 6-7$ per meal) and portions are huge. Definitely worth visiting.

Best seafood we had in Zanzibar. King praws and the calamary was more then enough, freshly cpught and grilled. We will defenetly return.

Wow! Great Kitchen and great seafood for a reasonable price! The waiter and the chef could be my children, but they delivered like they were the grandmasters of seafood in whole Zanzibar!

One of the best food we had in Zanzibar

I was craving fish curry since before my arrival in Zanzibar yesterday, I tried one order in Stonetown upon arrival and was disappointed. Tonight, here, I ordered the fish curry and it was delivered beyond my expectations. Tasty! The Waiter was very friendly. I got a sense that the entire crew is hard working and willing to get what the customers want.

Great place, if you want to get away of the high prices of food in the resort, this is your place! The guy is very friendly you can bargain the menu price we did and we managed to get almost half price. We ordered Chicken curry with rice and fries and quantity and quality was woow

Simple food and few menu options, but the food was really good. We ate here several times.
The food takes some time to be prepared as everything is fresh, but it's same everywhere, Zanzibar is not a place for fast food.
The staff was great, on out last night we asked for 10 samosas to take on the flight, when they were served we asked the owner to wrap them so that we could take them with us on the plane, he asked when was out flight, next days in the afternoon, he told us that the samosas would not be great by then he cancelled the order, which was already on the table and asked us to go there on the following day by 11h30 AM, they were usually closed by that time. The following day we went there and he had our samosas ready to take away with no extra charge,
The food was good, but the staff were really over the top.

We have been in Zanzibar for 2 weeks and we never had such amazing seafood as we had at Furaha. We had grilled calamari and grilled Schrimp. Perfectly spiced and fresh. If you are in the area its a must try.

Great place to eat! The fish is fresh and tasty, especially the calamari which was just amazing! Plus, portions are big and staff is friendly :)

Delicious veg with rice, make sure to ask for the Chilli! Good value-for-money and lovely service. I'll come again!
