Keys Hotel

Stayed here before climbing kilimanjaro. The rooms are good, love the hut style. The shower was great, especially after the hike. The beds are comfortable and their food is also really good. Mt Kilimanjaro is visible in the evening near the hotel entrance. It's also a walking distance from Moshi town.

Stayed at the Keys Hotel when I climbed Kilimanjaro and did a Safari. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable and the staff is absolutely fantastic. The restaurant has a good variety of dishes.
I would definitely recommend it as a base for the activities above-mentioned.

The hotel is quite nice and clean. The staff is very friendly, always wearing a smile and willing to help. The rooms were also clean, equipped with a kettle and air conditioning (note: there was a small problem with the water drainage in the shower in one room, but it wasn't a big deal). Breakfast was quite good, although not as extensive as those in European 3-star hotels. There is also a small library and a computer with a printer for guests' use. I especially want to highlight the hotel restaurant called 'Kibo,' which offers delicious food and has attentive waiters/waitresses. In summary, we were completely satisfied.

I love this hotel! We were booked at the Keys Hotel for our Kilimanjaro hike and what a perfect hotel for everything we needed. The rooms were excellent (little private cabanas) with everything you could need and clean and neat. The employees are incredibly friendly and attentive.....Charles is a phenomenal waiter! The front desk is so very friendly and helpful as well as the gift shop lady. The food was delicious and their pizza was excellent! We were able to leave our valuables at the hotel during our hike and return to a welcoming staff that cleaned our hiking boots, offered massage schedules and made every effort to accommodate our needs after a very long, hard hike. I can't love this hotel, food, bar and it's staff enough!!

Rooms are clean, aircon works great. Staff are friendly and helpful. The kitchen can get bogged down with too many orders but the curry on the weekends is amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at keys hotel, especially with the best bar man Hans. He made our night extremely enjoyable.

We have had Good time with my friends and my Best Mother at Keys Hotel, they have good pizza and good pool for swimimg they stuff at Key are very friendly. Highly recomend this place. Unfortunatly i have took the picture of my las peace of pizza.

Good hotel and restaurant for starting or ending your kilimanjaro climb. Food is great, staff are nice, rooms are clean, showers are hot and beds are comfy.

Very nice, clean and well located accommodation in Moshi. This place is ideal for when one needs to get away from chaos and experience a very relaxing environment. Can get a bunch of services here, spacious rooms, WiFi, small bar, restaurant, well managed swimming pool, etc. I would not afford not to mention the friendliest staff especially at the reception. Very attentive and always willing to resolve any issue. Others too are amazing staff in providing good customer service.We had a free day and we didn't know what to do, I found this guy Rasta is a young and lively guy who makes it easy to discover country and people. He has enabled us through his WhatsApp contacts +255762321353 to get to know native life even better and he took us to a wonderful Waterfall, Coffee tour and Hotspring. Very good knowledge of English, We had a lot of fun! Clear recommendation! :)

The food is so very good and the service is also so great. Waiters and waitresses take attention to even a small detail.

As a bonus, the manager was frequent at the table to make sure that everything little thing was OKay - like the side the fork was, or the computer was in a way; the things that you don't pay attention to. This is tree the place!

Stayed here for a study abroad session for about 8 days. The food was great and the staff members were extremely nice. I would definitely stay again if I ever travel back to the area.

Service was great! Perfect place to stay before/after hiking Kilimanjaro. Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Pricing was also very reasonable.
