Oliver's Camp

We spent two nights at Oliver's Camp as part of our safari. The staff could not have been more amazing! Sam and Andrew took care of our every need, and on our last night, the staff danced and sang around our dinner table, which was quite a surprise and a fantastic experience. The food is outstanding and they are more than willing to accommodate your needs/preferences.

The rooms (large tents with a solid floor and roof) are well appointed and clean, with 2 sinks, an indoor and an outdoor shower, a washroom and a deck. The bed has mosquito netting around it, so you won't be bitten at night.

If you need power and a mirror at the same time, bring a mirror as the power outlets are on the desk, but the mirrors are over the sinks at the other end of the tent.

A wonderful tented camp. Our tented room had a view with elephants almost always visible in the distance. It had both indoor and outdoor showers, and outdoor wooden deck with lounge chairs, 2 beds, very spacious. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. Our favorite place to stay in Tanzania.

What a great honeymoon start we had at Oliver's! Starting from the place: a luxury lodge with fixed comfortable and luxury tents! Staff is Asilia-style: everybody is committed to offer and outstanding experience helping you feeling super welcomed as a guest, and not as a customer! The food is lovely and I would recommend the following:
- night game drives
- walking tour safari

Special mention to the deck that overlooks the valley, often dotted by hers of elephants walking towards the Tarangire river.

We honestly couldn’t fault our stay at Oliver’s Camp. The room was stunning (our own private haven), the views for breakfast and dinner. I never expected the food to be as special as it was - it was fine dining! The camp is also perfectly located away from the crowds at the entrance so you can have a special more private experience with the animals, a highlight was seeing a leopard just 10 mins drive away from the camp.

But after all that we have to give a special mention to the staff who were all some of the most warm and welcoming people we’ve ever met. Asante sana! The little touches like lunch in the bush, spontaneous music made it all the more special. Thank you!

Wonderful tent camp near Tarangire National Park. Daniel took care of us, beautiful property, delicious food, and mind-blowing views and nature. One of the most special places we've ever stayed.

We arrived at Oliver’s camp not knowing what to expect and were pleasantly surprised by the exquisite setting, friendly staff, and luxurious “tent” accommodation. The chef kept us full with his amazing food and our guide educated us on the morning and evening game drives. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
