Skolivski Beskydy National Park

Great hiking park. We spent about two hours hiking over the side of the mountain. Make sure to take comfy water resistant shoes.

Sheer and now crowded mountains, nice walk to Parashka (1268,5) from Skole - 10 km, I recommend to everyone!

Beautiful scenery is waiting for you there. Well maintained place to visit with your loved ones.

Picturesque landscape with several routes to choose from. Be aware that the route to the peak and the meadows starts on the left. If you proceed forward instead you will reach the end of the route near a spring. (in about 30 mins.)
The land is mostly untouched, yet still easily accessible even in winter. (based on the first half of the whole track)

It is not the easiest place to hike, but it worth it. Definitely recommend for everyone.

Amazing place with so beautiful nature

Beautiful natural park. There are no tour companies in Skole. So you should organise all activities by yourself. However, there are many green Houses where you can stay and only one really good restaurant Vivcharyk. So where to go... Kamianetsky waterfall. Normal tourists go there by own car. I don't have a car :))) So walked there all the way 8km from Skole and back. On the way to waterfall there is a sourse with tasty mineral water. Also I went to see rocks in Tustan. During work days at 8.00-8.30(better to come at 8.00) there is bus-marshrutka to Village Urych where is Tustan. One archeologist found out that long time ago there was wooden fortess among rocks. Quite interesting and beautiful place. Bus returns at 15.30-16.00. There are no ATMs in Urych and no terminals, completely no card payments. Should have enough of cash :) In Skole there is way to mountain Parashka. Also in Skole there is beautiful Opir river, in some places it's possible to swim and rest next to the river. In local museum I found out that at the end of 19th-beginnig of 20th century city was prospering, it was beautiful resort(you may see old pictures in museum). Then I walked and searched for remains of former resort :)

Beatiful park in Karpatian mountains. Almost all mountains are covered with forests, beatiful views in all seasons. In summer-autumn seasons a lot of berries (blueberry, rasberry, blackberry) and mushrooms can be found there. Max peaks in Skolivski Beskydy reaches 1200 meters. Be aware of snakes which typically are small.
