The food is quite nice.

You can swim in the very deep lake. You are sure to see otters and hundreds if not thousands of birds: sunbirds, the Ugandan Crested Crane!

Such a beautiful stay for a couple of nights! The staff is super friendly, food is good, and the views on the lake amazing. We really enjoyed our stay at the island and would love to come back for a swim and relax!

Completely unique setting and a perfect escape. Fantastic service and friendly staff who helped with all of our questions. Loved swimming in the lake and going for walks around the local villages. Authentic rural Ugandan experience.

Perfect accommodation to stay as a group of friends but also very family friendly.
A boat trip on the lake, paddling around the Island in a wooden canoe and spotting otters are some of the activity options.
Definitely recommend this place for anyone who is travelling to Lake Bunyonyi!
