I worked with Ae Rin on a very difficult issue with my account being transferred from wells Fargo and her customer service was above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced... her genuine care and concern and dedication to solving the issue with me really helped me so much at a very stressful time. She went above and beyond.

They're great with customers and will help you understand your choices in regards to banking and financial advice! Whenever you enter the bank for questions or just routine service, they'll treat you well with professional attitude and as a friend.

I opened my small business checking in March of this year and have had a great experience every time I have dealt with the staff at the Flagstar Angola location. I can say the same about the customer service on the phone. Thanks for your hospitality and the great service that you provide!!!!!!

Wonderful friendly staff

Friendly and helpful staff. Always asking if they can do something for us. Line length depends on the day and time but they work hard to get people through asap.
